To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 12:12去到叫咗個炒飯外賣，等咗15分鐘見唔對路就去問一問個樓面，佢幫我追完之後又等咗15分鐘，lunch時間先得嗰60分鐘，由冇人排隊等到睇住幾轉人攞埋外賣走，星洲米 乾牛河都走幾轉，最後唯有取消張單去第二間買外賣等咗半個鐘，其他食肆都到咗lunch嘅繁忙時間，結果又要等多10幾20分鐘先買到外賣返公司食，但係當我坐低打開個外賣已經過咗lunch time一間大型連鎖餐廳炒個飯30分鐘都搞唔掂咁廢，好心個menu就唔好十幾樣嘢比人揀啦，有錢賣廣告但係就冇錢搞好間舖，不如摺埋佢算把啦

等左10分鐘，換來就係一碗勁難食既餐蛋麵。碗麵一上枱，服務員見到有3塊餐肉，即時拎返去廚房鬧師傅仲咩比多左塊，咁我覺得都岩既，$40蚊，點會比咁多你。到換完返黎成碗麵已經係漲哂，連呀婆冇牙個啲都食到🤮真係垃圾都不如

好難食 好難食 好難食 重要事說三次連燒味同冰陣奶茶都唔好既時候 我搞唔明仲有咩值得留戀好難食一個燒味拼盤全部俾d邊邊角角位 重要乾到核爆 連油雞都係好L乾既時候，你話自己燒味係招牌？ 但反而單叫飯就全部係靚部位！ 上菜超級慢！ 淨係serve外賣客！ 我地堂食叫個燒味拼盤等足20分鐘！眼見燒味師傅狂斬外賣做足7.8個客先開始整俾我地！果7.8個客喺遲L過我地落單！ 冰陣奶茶完全唔濃郁！ 燒味師傅隻手摸完啲單，又赤手摸雞，摸肉！ 我發誓，太興絕對冇下一次機會！
