To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次行過一間食肆，心思思要試吓佢地啲嗲食點心，咁就揀咗三樣撚譜上面睇落最吸引我嘅小菜。🍽️ 先講講佢哋嘅星洲炒貴刁啦，焦香嘅鑊氣夾雜埋啲辣椒絲，令人嚟個微辣後勁，勁正呀！少少南洋風味，叫人一啖接一啖，根本停唔到口！再嚟呢，羅宋湯通粉四式卷，湯底夠哂味，酸酸甜甜，滋味豐富得嚟唔會太肥膩。四式卷炸到外脆內軟，卜卜脆仲有各種餡料味道，啖啖驚喜，滿足到喺坐到嘅你我佢。🍲結尾當然少不了杯招牌貨冰陣奶茶嚕！拉長了奶味嘅等待，喺戶戶通透嘅環境下品嚐，絲滑滋味暖笠笠直入心扉，啱哂我呢啲奶茶控。無謂等到手凍，即刻品嚐間中既涼快同暖和，正！🥤總括黎講，這間食肆唔止環境舒適，食物質素同埋味道都相當到位，真係一個嘆茶又得、食飯又好嘅地方。下次再嚟，要試吓其他豐富小菜，希望又會有新驚喜！

嚟到太興食晏，🍽️ 零舍期待架！我話你知，呢度嘅肉絲炒麵做得掂晒啊，嚟啲脆卜卜嘅麵條同啲腍滑嘅融合得好撈呀，肉絲又炒得鬼香又入味，真係食口真開心！😋接著個珍珠帶子炒飯嘅帶子啲又鮮又飽滿，炒飯乾爽得嚟彈牙，一啖嘅幸福感溢出嚟，啱哂來個辛勞嘅下午嘅犒賞自己！跟住呢，最掂嘅一定係臘味飯啦！🍚 烤得啱啱好嘅臘腸咬落去甘香，而家隨便搭配係真係有得揀，淋上嗰陣陣煙韌嘅叉燒，香滑得滯！眞係屋企都想整返嚟食啊！每次嚟都驚喜喎，好似發掘新大陸咁！講到尾啦，個環境又企理，食嘢讓人心情靚晒！想喺馬鞍山淘到寶，太興係你嘅保證！下次又會拉埋班Friend仔一齊黎光顧！拍拖、朋友聚會、定係一個人自己Enjoy都啱！👌

太興是經常幫襯的其中一間食店，原因是食物、烹調的水準很穩定，雖然近期覺得份量明顯少了，價格又比連鎖式快餐店貴，當沒有 idea 食甚麽時就自然的選擇這間食店，因座位是卡位和有間隔，可以與其他食客的枱椅保持一定距離，比較衛生和坐得舒適。裝修後間隔和環境煥然一新，卡位與卡位間轉用了半透明度的長虹玻璃，看上比之前更明淨更靚。 肉絲炒麵賣相好得意，麵條呈高圓柱型，上面舖滿肉絲銀芽配料和芡汁，一部份麵條又脆又香口，軟身的麵條吸收了茨汁，很美味。珍珠帶子炒飯珍珠帶子的份量很多，飯粒炒得乾身，又好味又裹腹。配以這店紅茶出名的凍檸茶，雖是普通款式的炒麵飯，亦食得好滿足。

一上枱，見到個賣相同燒味部位，已經冇咩胃口所謂半肥瘦叉燒仍是瘦叉，切雞俾埋頭頭尾尾，不了。啲飯一舊一舊，真心唔建議大家黎食。仲要一碟$71的雙拼搞成咁，失敗失敗。
