To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在這家店的一個平凡黃昏，我選了那個俗稱‘飄香滑蛋公仔麵’的頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵，吸一啖碟底滑蛋，嚟咗個滿滿的奶香，午餐肉揭開滑蛋，睇見厚厚的一片午餐肉，煎得金黃邊角微焦，口感滑溜得嚟帶點脆皮嘅對比。🍜而自家製糯米雞，大顆又有料，皮香糯米韌，每一啖都感覺到滿滿的肉香和香菇味，喺口裏化開，真係幾滿足😋。再嚟就係啲新鮮出爐嘅香辣肉碎紮肉米粉，肉碎好夠味，辣得啱啱好，唔會蓋過米粉嘅鮮味。雪菜米粉添，喺味道上，層次分明，湯底清而不淡，雪菜嘅咸鮮恰到好處，搭配上滑溜嘅米粉，真係舒服過癮。🥣總之，依個食值完全值得一試，夠晒平民化，又有質素保證，係一家無論大人細路，或者一個人三五知己，都啱食嘅好地方。

I would never ever eat here again. I ordered stir-fry noodles with beef and a cold Yuzu tea. But I never asked for some extra's. The stir-fry noodles with beef has some soap and shrimp flavour taste. Looks like the wok hasn't been washed properly. Also the cold Yuzu tea was not cold enough and was not sweet enough. Tasted a bit like water with a little bit of Yuzu and I have been stirring it for a while. I would not blame the manager, but the chefs and the people who are responsible for washing the woks.

有時一個人食飯，又要近公司又要快，就會過嚟華蘭路呢邊太興，貪佢好快有位坐，同埋食物都上得快。自己一個都有卡位坐，又可以用QR code點野食，方便。今日好想食蛋撈飯，所以點咗呢個 台南肉燥煎蛋飯，隻蛋煎得好靚，而且個蛋黃顏色好金黃，撈飯簡直一流！而我覺得佢嘅肉燥都唔係好油膩，鹹到適中。當然要加個港式奶茶☕️做總結。午餐選擇都多元化，價錢都平民化。

男人的浪漫，豆腐支竹火腩飯一支公午餐，見到太興唔洗排隊入座，就食太興吧中午時間都頗多人及逼，快快手點餐現在太興都用手機點餐，值得一贊正當考慮緊要粉米粉還是碟頭飯的時候，聽到隔離枱吹了很久炒米粉的單，那我還是要碟頭飯吧不出所料，十分鐘已經有得食👍🏻豆腐支竹火腩飯油炸豆腐，支竹都夠入味，火腩份量超級多，肉味濃，食左幾口才記得影相再配一杯熱柚子蜜，很難得柚子蜜不用加錢，柚子醬也不少，很清新，很飽的午餐。
