燒味是香港人最喜歡的食物,一枝公来個燒味飯加例湯,回家吃飯就斬料加餸,一伙兒到酒樓就来个燒味併盤。一般燒臘店規模都比較细,各有各撚手好戲,各自各精彩,大部分水平还是可以,隅有特出食店。今天就重臨出名燒腩肉的太興,由一家小店做到幾十家連鎖店,好不简单。吃焼味飯有時要講吓彩數。今天就有食神,烧腩加鹅肶(叫的只是普通双拼)。烧腩一層肥一層瘦,咬落有肉汁,皮薄又脆。鹅肶肉嫩味道好。出品有要求和穏定,坐得舒服,这是连鎖店的優勢,當然价銭就略贵了一点。

一直對呢間太興燒味都無咩好感,平時一個叉飯賣成幾十蚊,我出去食正宗仲好食既,都係頂多二十幾。就知道呢間野根本唔係賣食物品質既。不過今次朋友生日,話去,5,諗住都好啦,試下啦,叫左共5個餸,有3個黎先,我就影左,之後食食下黎埋果2個就無影(不過果兩個係菜煲黎)先講飯先,白飯硬身,唔香。之後果碟雞,色水唔錯,但食落就唔多滑,味道一般般。至於西蘭花斑片煮得唔錯,西蘭花夠香,斑片岩岩好,唔會煮得太耐或太短時間。至於炸蝦我就無食到。菜煲與市面上普遍既差唔多,無咩特別但講起上黎,價錢十分昂貴,而味道只有一味係值返呢個價錢。其他都係一般般,我諗我自己食既話,應該完完全全唔會有下次。不過今次係朋友請,平均每人80蚊到。

當時因為實在太餓了,又見那位廚師"公開地"保證很快便做好煲仔菜,我也就打算小事化無好了。

怎知道,一位女性站在不到五尺範圍外的收銀處前,明顯地用上清晰的聲音跟那位負責收銀的同事說出以下說話:我都唔明點解o的人o係度追單,叫煲仔菜要用火燒好個煲o架o麻,o的小菜唔駛用時間炒o架﹖" 以上這段說話,明顯是衝著我而來的
﹔不過在此刻,腦海中突然閃出了一個想法,因為想引證一下才對那位女性剛才的行為不作理會。

為什麼我會有此想法﹖因為我發現另有一位食客也在等候食物,而我跟這位嬸嬸之間,絕對不會有多於十張單是需要小菜部處理的。那麼問題就在那裡呢﹖各位也知道甚麼是"儲單一齊起菜"的意思吧﹖如果在繁忙時間,這樣做還可以情有可原,因為來回煮同一個小菜所花的時間一定比集在一起做的多。不過,現在的問題是我的煲仔菜到這一刻已超過了四十分鐘,在不是極繁忙的情況下把我的單扣起再等待其他單進來一起做!?
怎樣也說不通了吧。本來對那位高聲說話的廚師印象還不至於爛掉,變成現在對他的行為感到厭惡。
而當我邊吃邊看著那位嬸嬸,真的給我看到她是在食跟我一模一樣的煲仔菜。還離奇地,侍應先奉上給她享用。


最後,我決定在明天致電到其總部客戶服務熱線,作出以上對該食店的嚴正投訴,現正在處理當中。原來那天在收銀處說話的女性,是該店的經理!! 在我離開時,我隔著玻璃再一次查看那位嬸嬸的煲仔菜,是如假包換的豆腐班腩煲,這樣沒說話好說了吧﹖


對於食竹物方面,我沒有甚麼投訴,反而仍覺得水準不錯。但是其中兩位店員的惡劣態度,實在令人憤怒。本來可以好好的嚐一餐,到最後也給這兩位"人辦"完完全全地破壞了。

(補充一句,我要的<<豆腐班腩煲>>,味道算是可以,豆腐以紅燒方法烹調,是我最愛的豆腐煮法之一。班腩沒有腥味及冷藏味,在除腥味上做足了功夫。)
