To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時段價錢不算太吸引, 不過食物選擇多, 而且整體質素不錯.
本身炒飯夠香, 但配上三文魚及蟹籽, 味道有點過咸.
加上有包飲品, 食完一直飽到晚上都不用吃.
每次買外賣都要等勁耐.....有時繁忙時間等得耐真係唔緊要,因為明白單可能好多...但每次無人排隊買野果陣效率都係無改變!呢個究竟係咩運作模式!
真心各方面都比以前差小弟決定唔會再光顧呢間太興!
上菜慢就一定啦,但有兩次叫個三文魚炒飯都係燶既,而且係燶到擺係枱面,個人坐直都聞到個燶味,我相信上菜個人都聞到,但都拎比我。另外係我幾欣賞廚師炒燶飯既實力,真係第一、同第二次食燶既炒飯。
追單既時候態度勁差,試過坐左半個鐘,野食完,追3次單都未追到杯凍檸茶,杯野到果陣,仲要勁炆咁擺落黎。大佬呀!而家係你欠我,唔係我欠你喎⋯⋯
收錢先好野,我係出面企左又係3分鐘以上,無人收錢,入面個個樓面既人望出黎,都無人理。我當分工分得好啦,咁你見到收錢條隊仲長過排隊條隊既,可以搵人黎收住先?明白其他普通樓面員工唔可以黎收銀,但d經理定唔知主任係見到咁既情況,好心就解決下啦!
總括黎講,服務勁差,做野慢,態度唔好。但真係會有兩至三個人係做野同態度正常既,而野食水準差過其他分店好多。兩次炒燶飯都足以證明水準,其他野食都唔洗講啦⋯⋯
- 肉碎少飯茶
我們三人叫了三個小菜,分別是:豉汁涼瓜炒牛肉,北菇豆腐青衣魚柳煲和中式京都洋蔥豬扒。分量方面也算多,不過三款小菜也比較油膩。
我個人比較愛吃涼瓜,所以選了豉汁涼瓜炒牛肉,這個小菜涼瓜比較多,牛肉則比較少,但牛肉肉質較嫩,有口感,不錯,但就真的是油膩了一些。
北菇豆腐青衣魚柳煲方面,豆腐太大塊導致味道進不了去,也影響了口感,而魚柳方面肉質雖不是十分嫩滑,但仍帶有魚香,算是合格。
最後中式京都洋蔥豬扒方面,醬汁太甜,完全蓋過了豬扒的肉味,而且豬扒切得大小不一,某些太大塊並不便於同人分享,貌相也因而扣了些小分數。
飲品方面則比一般茶餐廳要好,我叫了一杯熱柑桔蜜,所落的柑桔蜜夠多,不會太淡,甜度剛好。
剛好老公也在附近收工,而我也肚餓,所以就隨意到了太興吃晚飯。
這間分店逢星期一至五惠顧任何晚市小菜都免費贈送白飯及熱飲。
鮮菌蝦仁炒蛋,炒得有鑊氣,蛋滑溜,蝦仁爽口,但配上鮮菌口感好像有少少唔夾。
蒸滑雞,熱辣辣,雞的份量也足夠,配上炸菜味道配合。
餐飲不用加錢的情況下叫了一杯柑桔蜜及一杯鹹檸水,平時如果在其他餐廳喝這兩杯飲品都是特飲價錢,太興不用加錢抵讚。
