To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一太興一向價錢比一般茶餐廳貴，但忽然想食燒味，屋企附近有無咩邊度比較有保證，最後都係揀左太興喇食。今日品嚐左燒腩切雞飯同口水雞飯，太興雖然貴，但佢個燒腩真的唔錯，肥瘦適中，香脆既外皮，咸香既燒肉裡面加少少軟骨，肉質唔會太乾及油膩，切雞不過不失，正常味道。反而個口水雞有驚喜，口水雞肉幾嫩滑，每一口都充滿了肉汁，雞肉的調味恰到好處，辣椒醬帶點麻，辣度輕微。 冰鎮凍奶茶一貫的好，夠凍得黎飲落原汁原味，茶味香濃而奶滑。

晚上7:30差唔多咩都賣哂 咸鴨蛋都冇一坐低個水杯入邊全部都係黑色一點點然後攞餐具上嚟全部都係污跡 兩個碗一個完全冇過咁嘅樣 一個仲有隻蜘蛛喺上面爬緊勁呀呢間野一絕一流收費9流清潔

已經有一段時間無食過燒鵝，平時又唔會特登斬料買燒鵝，咁岩阿媽又話太熱唔想煮飯，所以就直接去左太興燒鵝飯，太約有8-10舊燒鵝，鵝皮係仲有少少脆口，食落有鵝油同有煙燻味道，都幾好餸飯，另外鵝肉唔算嫩，但又未到起渣，不過不失咁啦咕嚕肉，有大約10舊肉，肉質正常，炸皮唔算厚同埋仲係脆既，應該都係即時整，咕嚕汁酸酸甜甜咁，都幾好餸飯冰鎮奶茶，夠凍，有奶同茶味，但本人覺得好似甜左少少，而冰鎮奶茶係冇得叫少甜既，所以怕甜既就可能要叫返普通既凍奶茶少甜

誰會吃不煎的午餐肉呢。 5 月 7 日在這裡吃早餐讓我非常失望。 首先, 食物的賣相, 與圖片不附。 圖中，餐蛋面是用菜心伴的，可是, 他們用了生菜, 而且不是整片，而是切絲的。 當天吃的生菜還有一點臭腥味. 如果他們沒有菜心，應該用相同等值的蔬菜代替，即使娃娃菜, 也比生菜好。 不是人人喜歡吃生菜, 還要將生菜切絲. 太興一直 宣傳味道好，味道不一樣. 可惜, 食物的質素極度不好. 廚師馬虎了事. 午餐肉煎的功夫都不做, 可想而知, 其他食物的質素會是如何.

一向都好鍾意去太興食早餐，次次基本上都必食佢嘅優質午餐肉炒蛋公仔麵，但係無食一輪之後再食返，發現佢質素竟然下降，希望只係一間間啦。先講個優質午餐肉，雖然厚薄差不多，不過佢嘅質素明顯下降，無以前咁香咁好食。炒蛋都算係滑嘅，不過份量就明顯少咗，我覺得起碼少咗三分之一。至於佢個公仔麵就未煲到熟晒，雖然我鍾意彈牙的公仔麵，不過我希望佢係熟晒的。好彩杯奶茶都仲係好好飲，否則真係大件事。
