To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興下午茶，都算多款式，有餐蛋麵、迷你燒味飯、公司三文治、厚多士、炒粉麵等等。連鎖店好就好在質素 standard，不會太差也不會有驚喜。餐蛋麵，可以轉米粉，可以揀湯底，也可以轉太陽蛋。炆米，不太油，仲要剛炒出來，味道不錯。

炎炎夏日💦真係要一啖涼快飲品嚟解渴！今日去咗太興食嘢，見到佢哋出咗幾款特色奶茶，叫咗款豆花奶茶嚟試吓，嘩！奶茶底香滑得嚟不甜膩，搭配嘅軟綿豆花仲可以增加多重口感，焦香嘅綿花糖同營養豐富嘅胚芽啖啖都係驚喜，喺喉嚨過落嘅瞬間真係爽啲！啱哂炎熱嘅天氣。仲有間屋企人喜歡嘅太興盆菜🥘，種類豐富，又大碟又靚，最掂係豬手同魚蛋，嗲辣鮑魚脆口又飽滿，每樣食材都好入味。要數至Hit嘅必試新品，就係太興嘅泰式金不換醬油回香雞🍗，幾得意，用豉油香煎到外脆內嫩，重點係唔會過咸，雞肉又嫩滑，豉油微甜，倆倆相得益彰，下次見到報紙coupon記得留意唔好錯過喇！太興真係滿足到我呢個美食愛好者嘅胃，真心推介比大家試吓。🤤👌🏼👀

大圍太興啲夥計，朝頭早服務實在太差，舉手舉到手跛都冇人睬你，睇到又扮睇唔到，真係不知所謂，收銀大大聲聲嘈到拆天，兩位卡位死都要人搭枱，但係見到男人又唔敢叫，太興應該俾多啲培訓啲夥計，不知所謂，以後不會再幫襯

踩入太興，一陣香辣醬油嘅氣味撲鼻而來，咁先至叫做香港嘅下午茶味道嘛！揀咗份傳統的蛋撻同杯絲滑冰鎮奶茶，港式嘢飲真係唔洗多講𠻹，咁先享得味！蛋撻外皮酥脆得黎，入口即化，一啖蛋香，夠滑夠香，仲要微溫，一詞彙都捧不住這份完美。呢啖甜頭後，才喝口奶茶，冰冰涼涼嘅，解渴之餘又唔會過甜，奶香四溢，後勁足，真係正👍！撈埋手再試份排骨麵，啲排骨煎得金黃，外酥內嫩，肉味濃郁，麵條彈牙得嚟唔會太腍，正到飛起！就連我對面嗰位老友都讚口不絕，氣氛一片得意。食嘢係咁，環境同陪伴都係重要嘅調味品，太興呢度，港式情懷瀰漫，啱哂約三五知己，齊齊嚟個食飽飽，談天論地。撇除啲媒體嘅非議，走進太興，用最本土嘅味覺，感受下香港本土飲食嘅魅力吧！飲食感受，唔單只係口味，仲有感情嘅味道。這一份，笪吓難以忘懷喇！🥢🍜🥤

由於番早要去恆行入數太興正正係對面～襟左飛慢慢坐住另外跟緊餐單食呢度算係多選擇落親嚟都係下午茶時間雞扒雙蛋飯（少飯）自我去皮會揀荷包蛋唔想太生但又有d蛋汁配埋豉油應該大家都可以食一碗飯因為叫左少飯多數會配碟生菜全走（走油、蠔油、腩汁）增加飽肚感有時會食下雪菜肉絲米轉下口味因為跟餐單只可以食飯或米粉戒小麥所以嚟親都係叫果幾樣有時餓會加杏汁豬肺湯😆咁飲品當然係冰鎮奶茶都係煎荷包蛋，今次要左菜心全走（走油、蠔油、腩汁）
