To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 著背心嘅女職員(相信係經理或主任)，服務態度差，查詢與MTR優惠現金券時未搞清楚第一句就已經話無～仲叫我哋自已睇清楚(但佢公司响表列入邊），最後要用返同佢相同嘅態度，佢先走去嘗試睇吓同掃唔掃到CODE,最後係用到嘅～點解係會叫我哋搞清楚，究竟係佢响度返工定我响度返工？話就話唔係顧客大哂，但唔通妳都唔可以用返做服務業應有嘅態度去返工？最後比埋錢成個過程一句基本嘅多謝哂同唔好意思都無聽過～所以打返段長文比貴公司或其他有同感嘅客人暸解吓佢🙃

從未食過甘難食的蘿蔔牛腩煲. 仲話係popular….,激死人. 首先，所有牛腩都是硬的，同湯渣冇咩分別，湯是很咸，所有蘿蔔都是冇味的. 點解可以做到甘差. 真的是廚師做的嗎？ 配個兜生菜仲要係全部都是生銹的.…….真係唔好怪冇生意. 煮到甘不如唔好做啦. 租金都浪費埋.

張相係一擺上檯未食就影的，叉油雞飯叉燒瘦d乾d都仲可以，d油雞咩事? 唔明點解燒味部咁都過到自己，雙併燒味飯餐$72 點知仲衰過大家樂。另外中式京都豬扒，豬扒咬落去勁霉入面仲要粉紅色 (冇影相)，懷疑係極度雪藏貨加上未炒熟，同侍應講，廚房炒過碟新既即刻正常返，雖然係雪藏但起碼見到豬扒紋理同埋係正常顏色同口感冇咁梅，呢方面侍應同廚師都要讚。好彩冰鎖奶茶還是一貫地好飲。XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
