六姨今日生日,所以中午去了百貨公司買份小禮物,夜晚同佢食飯時送俾佢。可惜遇正百貨公司廿八週年,大減價,人山人海,幾經艱辛排隊俾錢走人。來到附近的連鎖餐廳,諗住可以快食,點知又係要等位,等食,香港實在太多人。有位坐之後,已經立即叫嘢食。我叫咗椰香咖哩牛腩飯配熱奶茶,家姐就叫瑤柱金菇炆伊麵配熱奶茶。奶茶好快上到。味道保持一般的水準。咖喱牛腩飯隨之而上。聞到咖喱夾雜著椰奶的香味。牛腩炆得腍,好得!咖喱汁撈飯好正,唔使十分鐘就KO咗碟飯。不過,家姐就慘慘。碟炆伊趨了幾次都未有,等咗成半個鐘先出到嚟。終於有得食。家姐鬧鬼: 睇落個伊麵好簡單啫,點解要搞咁耐??算啦,食嘢啫,唔使勞氣……。

大家不要幫襯荃灣千色廣場附近果間太興,員工人手不足,店員包括一個較高級的員工態度其差,因為我一個人所以我同個員工講我去洗手間唔該幫我睇住d野,佢聲都唔講句,點知個厠所維修咁都唔同個客講!落單差不多十幾廿分鐘才有野食,我只是叫燒味飯,洗唔洗切咁耐,人地隔離遲過我來起碼十分鐘都早過我有得食,我咪話佢!連水杯都是自己拎!落左單叫菜心,我問個員工仲無有,佢話菜心無哂,佢自己行左去,唔係問下個客幫你改番呀咩?我因為人有三急佢間店厠所又壞最後用左七分鐘就食完仲快過等的時間!菜最後當然無來!味道其實還可以,不過員工的態度真的太差!

團年飯有咩好揀?今年叫定盤菜同家人食!貪佢大堆頭,多嘢食得嚟又好意頭,最好嘅就係食完唔駛洗唔駛煩 同事推薦下揀咗太興,確實700幾蚊係幾抵下嘅!預先訂好,仲有張現金券回贈!當慳咗餐飯仔! 當日四半就去咗拎,不消1分鐘就拎完,安排得幾好拎到番去要加番附送嘅兩碗味似南乳味嘅汁,之後再整番熱就開得餐! 由於人太多未能每樣餸都試到,而有食到嘅都一一列出!蝦:有8 - 10隻,蝦肉實而無味鮑魚:有6 - 8隻,有啲「鞋」同韌 素翅:份量太少,好難夾起,只有點驟之用西蘭花:菜無吸收到醬汁嘅味道花膠:好似發完之後直接放入盤到噤,無咩味冬菇:味道還可,但size太細魷魚:唔太老,幾好食墨魚丸:盤菜中最好食嘅,彈牙有魚味燒肉:皮同肉分開晒,而且好多都無哂皮,真啲好失望,連自己招牌嘅燒味都搞成噤總括嚟講喺所以野都唔夠味,食物又乾食,真係平野無好

鮑魚:有6 - 8隻,有啲「鞋」同韌


素翅:份量太少,好難夾起,只有點驟之用

西蘭花:菜無吸收到醬汁嘅味道


花膠:好似發完之後直接放入盤到噤,無咩味


冬菇:味道還可,但size太細


魷魚:唔太老,幾好食


墨魚丸:盤菜中最好食嘅,彈牙有魚味


燒肉:皮同肉分開晒,而且好多都無哂皮,真啲好失望,連自己招牌嘅燒味都搞成噤


總括嚟講喺所以野都唔夠味,食物又乾食,真係平野無好

尋日(26-9-2015 Sat)中秋迎月買餸,買乜餸?男友尋晚唔o係o度食飯,得我同爸爸兩人食,食得幾多?男友叫我買現成o既餸,吉之島同百佳o既都一般,買燒味啦,要燒鵝下庄吧.o黎到,問問收銀燒鵝有冇下庄賣?佢答有同指我去斬燒味o個邊.我就同師傅講要燒鵝下庄,佢撳張飛俾我,銀碼係$110.00.俾完錢等,師傅斬好後遞俾我同收我張飛,亦有講聲多謝.由於拎太多o野,所以倒瀉o左唔少燒鵝汁,到夜晚食喇,皮唔脆係預o左,不過都幾鹹,亦食得出佢係鵝,不過真係貴o左啲.服務:師傅o既態度竟然好過收銀.

今日去咗太興食下午茶,食咗頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵,用嘅係"出前一丁"所以特別香濃好味,煎咗嘅午餐肉份外香口,滑蛋真係夠晒滑溜,雖然份量比較細,但其實啱啱好,全部食晒,唔使浪費,配埋青菜,的確係茶餐廳代表。食完麵,再飲番杯熱咸檸水,幫助消化之餘,夠晒生津滋潤。朋友就食咗火腿通粉,兩片火腿鋪咗喺面,賣相唔係太吸引,如果切絲會更加好味,而且湯底亦比較淡口,實在有D失望。其實,我每次去太興下午茶,都只會食餐蛋公仔麵。

朋友就食咗火腿通粉,兩片火腿鋪咗喺面,賣相唔係太吸引,如果切絲會更加好味,而且湯底亦比較淡口,實在有D失望。

到太興當然要點出名的燒味。點了燒鵝例牌,指名不要鵝的頭頭尾尾,而侍應和師傅亦識做,這碟的燒鵝多肉,還有少少燒鵝脾  雖然沒有「鵝頭鵝尾」,可惜這隻鵝發育不良。指的不是這隻鵝沒有肉,而是太瘦,沒有脂肪 (鵝同女人一樣,太瘦都系唔好 )  。 燒鵝要有點油脂才惹味。這碟燒鵝吃下去時有點乾,除了因為缺乏脂肪外,另外亦燒得太乾,只是靠淋上去的燒鵝汁調味。最後吃燒鵝脾時,又乾又硬。時蔬炒牛肉欣賞菜心夠翠綠夠新鮮,炒得亦不過火。牛肉相比下較遜色,整碟只有數塊牛肉,而且味道有點淡。但女友覺得剛剛好,吃過濃味的人可能不會習慣。多春魚煎蛋餅整體味道ok,多春魚ok新鮮亦多春 (=.=) 。但總覺得配搭怪怪的,以前聽過魚春蛋餅,魚春與蛋一起煎,而這款的多春魚變了「多舊魚」。感覺為了煎熟多春魚,而令到蛋餅煎過火,有點硬。另外總覺得木魚碎與蛋餅及多春魚格格不入。飲品方面,跟餐order了柚子蜜及凍檸茶。凍檸茶茶味十足而柚子蜜酸酸甜甜又暖胃。下次到太興還是應該order 餐廳的超牌菜, 例如菠蘿咕嚕肉、西蘭花牛柳粒等。Fusion 的菜式還是可免則免。
