To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 堂食——— 服務態度很差,我叫服務員給我一個菠蘿包,他沒有理會我,我投訴給經理,但他說OK 就走了。
It is very bad , today I ordered a take away grilled duck rice , there was only skin and bones , disappointed.
Eating in the restaurant——— the service was bad ,when I ordered a pineapple bun , he didn’t care about me .
早上的侍應姐姐態度沒甚麼問題,但一早客人不算太多,食物等候時間仍要十分鐘,見其他食客等了更久,可能是侍應集合一堆食物,一次過用車送餐。我點了雞扒和煎蛋,一般候時也較久。
太興的公仔麪有一定水準,麪不淋不硬,爽口彈牙,雞扒的用料也比其他連鎖餐廳好,早餐我通常吃雞扒煎蛋麪。
這家店的水準雖比不上其他分店,但味道仍過得去,麪彈牙,雞扒煎得香,肉嫩滑而不「鞋」。煎蛋也不錯。
店的衛生一般般,跟其他茶餐廳一樣,地板似是長期不清潔,用餐時有蚊滋飛來飛去,可能是因為餐廳位置靠近商場的出入口吧。
在沒甚麼期望下,整體還算可以。
- 雞扒煎蛋公仔麪
講真,它的咕嚕肉上台時唔算很熱,但外皮薄薄,帶少少脆,中間的肉很諗,很容易入口,所以小朋友喜歡這一間太興的咕嚕肉。
雜菜煲內的用料,原本就是平平無奇的雜菜(西蘭茶,白菜,菜芯)和粉絲,喜歡的是它白色的湯底;這些湯底一定不只是用雜菜煮出來的,anyway 湯底幾好飲,最後飲曬個湯底。
至於干炒牛河,凍奶茶和忌廉奶茶紅豆冰,味道是ok的,與正常的茶餐廳無異!
至於價錢就不算便宜,有一點略貴,咕嚕肉連白飯和凍飲收90元,不過小朋友就是喜歡食油塘這一間太興的咕嚕肉,概然小朋友喜歡,那就不太計較了!
我們還叫了一個下午茶星洲炒米。米粉辣得像辣椒醬,吃完米粉後,要喝水才能解渴。為什麼炒飯完全不落調味料而炒米粉給辣得要喝水解渴?😡
我們也買了一盒外賣叉燒回家吃。吃晚飯的時候,叉燒鹹得強差入意。為什麼炒飯完全沒有味道而叉燒卻鹹得像豉油?😡
