餐廳門口使用日本鳥居元素設計以及日本武士等營造日本的氛圍。主打三款元祖拉麵,包括和牛鹽醬油拉麵、九州豚頭背脂拉麵及名古屋雞白湯拉麵,三款招牌拉麵均配以溏心蛋。和牛肉鹽醬油拉麵 湯底看似清淡實際極具牛肉香味,皆因使用日本產牛筋慢火煮熬,和牛肉質嫩滑,油脂味重。名古屋雞白湯拉麵金黃的湯底濃郁卻不膩,配上麵條相當入味,雞肉是用低温慢煮去做的吃起來很軟嫩。茄子慢煮牛肉牛肉包裹著茄子茄子吸收了牛肉的湯汁,軟爛鮮香。吉列雞肉年糕雞肉口慼紮實內裡有煙靭的年糕,增添口感。

作為 Takeroku Kitchen 旗下北海道名物,當然要試試,說真的,雞味的確比本地雞稍勝,經兩次不同油溫炸過,皮下脂肪極少,亦都好乾身,油溫控制好好,雞皮更有酥脆的口感。

因為住在附近,所以之前來過3次,分別試過和牛拉麵、豚肉拉麵和蝦湯拉麵(期間限定),3次味道都唔錯,點知今次….雞白湯拉麵,個湯淡到我想問師傅係咪唔記得落鹽!(就算係都唔出奇,因為佢冇比蒜片我)。我見menu 圖片有,手機點餐亦有選項「走蒜片」,但我冇話走喎,結果碗麵都係冇蒜。飲用水方面,其實佢係有免費水提供的,但要開聲問囉,感覺唔良好囉。——————————————————————————————-

劈雷- 人生吃過至難食之拉麵😰以為香港已在日本餐這一塊非常成熟特別是拉麵已經攻港多年相信在香港識做拉麵的師傅都很多昨晚在灣仔利東街附近拍完聖誕樹行過看見一間拉麵店突然就想吃個熱湯麵䁔下胃而價錢又好像很合理所以就直接進去基本上晚市7:30左右餐廳顧客只有幾個但場地都好大亦有好大個吧位置整個感覺非常冷清看了一輪餐牌最後點了個豚頭背脂醬油拉麵個湯清如水D脂去哪裡?少少油份都無😞然後看一下果片叉豚直接比比紙更薄另一碗雞白湯一樣沒有味道水一讓的湯頭丁點鮮味都沒有😔完全稱唔上雞白湯了而雞片厚切的看起來令人有食欲但口感非常「鞋」又乾吃了一口已經放棄了最離譜就是作為拉麵店水也要收$16 一支😡慘痛經歷咬了兩啖麵便直接放棄😭
