To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

堂食帶位我一個人非繁忙時間堂食，入到去大把位。阿姐未瞓醒個樣懵下懵下咁示意帶位。咁佢帶位我咪跟住，行一半就行咗去幫人落單，咁我揀坐個2人位啦。返轉頭就叫我坐第二度，同我講公司規定呢度唔坐得，我話佢 咁你又擺咗枱櫈餐牌喺度？又帶我黎呢個位附近？呢度附近仲有咩位唔坐得呀？淨係答我 總之呢坐喺度落唔到單畀我。啲語氣態度講到好似係我搵佢麻煩咁。外賣等得耐又溜單 ，唔少人都要催先知漏左單。有一次叫外賣就咁一個過橋米線，等半個鐘出邊嗰個就有幫我催單，但入面嗰啲淨係掛住傾偈。等成8 9個字，我入去催佢哋問佢哋係咪漏咗單話我轉頭，阻住佢哋出餐。
