To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由入門到坐低都冇人帶位，張枱超級污糟，上一手留低嘅湯漬，要自己抹，想搵個服務員幫手，個個喺度扮晒忙，一直匿喺廚房嗰度等出餐，但係冇餐出。全店得兩個服務員做嘢，行政安排極差。冇人得閒過嚟寫單，算啦，我自己用app上網落單，搞完一大輪去reg個App，最後終於落完單，佢話要等20至30分鐘🥶 嬲得濟取消走咗

我剛剛9點半左右，致電貴店舖叫了一個外賣我下單是酸辣米線 走9牛肉竹生酸菜炸醬另外小食蒜泥白肉（小）你鋪店員問了2次湯底我都答佢 是酸辣，佢第一次問我幾辣我話，有得揀架咩 酸辣喎？第2次我再強調成個外賣嘅內容最後我去到攞完，揸車返到屋企，先發現你地店員幫我落錯單 比左個三小辣我？但鋪頭又收左工，可以點解決？
