To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次夜晚練波，都會煩腦食咩好，既要唔好太飽肚，以免跑唔郁又唔可以太餓，以免無力練波波前晚餐，往往都係自己一個人，最多只係一兩個波友一齊係練波之前食下野腦海好自然浮現快餐店選擇老麥食多也會悶，今次係美林體育館練波附近商場竟然有米線界中的快餐店的譚仔岩晒唔想太飽，淨係叫左兩個餸，再加個米線，必叫湖南酸辣，咁就岩岩好。中央廚房關係，去到間店食，水準都係保持穩定。今次就試下佢個豬肉同春卷，可能因為有南記的對比，春卷真係被比下去，可以話係完全唔達標，無下一次而豬肉只要夠新鮮，其實好難可以煮到難食。係香港，四十零蚊埋單，質素算係咁。

經外賣平台嗌外賣送遞，係個app到落10小辣同走腐皮，最後譚仔自己張單變左小辣同冇走到腐皮，10小辣同小辣差咁遠，食唔到，打去餐廳話叫我下次去補返，冇人送到過黎，依家食唔到下次去有咩用，態度仲勁差！冇下次！

大圍美林商場最近開咗好多新餐廳呀，譚仔雲南米線都有，梗係一有時間就去幫襯，呢日我哋就食咗魚腐，脆肉鯇米線揀咗重慶酸辣湯底，特辣。另外一碗要咗腩肉，竹笙米線清湯底。佢嘅脆肉鯇好新鮮又爽脆，一啲都唔腥， 配上特辣的湯底真係好惹味。每碗米線都即叫即煮，熱辣辣的，最緊要係佢嘅味精味唔重。可能係新開嘅關係啦，覺得環境特別舒適，非常乾淨。
