To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米線控嘅我,成日幫襯佢地不同分店,但每間分店對於辣嘅標準都好不一,同一碗 雞肉生菜,重慶酸辣湯底,三小辣,次次都不同,有時好辣,有時無辣😂加配一人份量小食 - 四川青椒皮蛋一杯凍檸茶整體上要求不高,一般快餐廳的水準

呢間譚仔,質素越來越差,叫咗確豬潤腩肉5小辣,連小朋友都話唔辣,米線既份量,半隻碗都無,豬潤就只有兩片咁多,同個侍應講,佢竟然話係因為湯少咗所以感覺少啲,不知所謂!

10月14日因為朋友唔開心所以就約咗佢食飯傾下計,我哋就去咗食譚仔啦,見到新出川味牛柏葉就一心諗住試下,點知味道普通,口感太煙韌咬唔開,我諗下次都唔會再試!而米線就正正常常!

見譚仔又推出新嘢,就想好奇試一下,點知都算幾有驚喜,個豬軟骨寬麵配花椒重慶酸辣湯底,真心咩都唔錯,最少辣度只可以由三小辣開始揀起,我揀咗最低嘅三小辣,食落寬麵口感幾好,整體配搭都滿意,不過就一定要嗌定嘢飲如果唔係就會好頸渴。
