To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收左工，唔知食咩好，行到去屯門龍門居果頭，見到竟然有譚仔雲南米線，心郁郁去食先。可能呢間譚仔雲南米線都算係新開啦，所以人都未算係好多。可以坐定定慢慢食。今日食左個重慶酸辣湯底，個湯底真係VERY GOOD，辣度足夠。叫左兩個餸，雞肉都好好食，配合埋辣湯真係PREFECT MATCH。最後仲叫左杯ICE MILK TEA，奶茶係譚仔雲南米線黎講算係平均水準發揮。不過譚仔雲南米線已經加哂價了，一個碗麵加一杯凍飲，已經要$50幾了。
