一直都幾鍾意係V Point試唔同嘅餐廳,不論同事聚餐,或是約客食飯,唔少餐廳都幾適合。大樓夠新,具時代感,無論係川粵時光,或是其他餐廳,底都好高,空間感足夠,坐落亦覺得十分舒適。踏進大門已感受到果種精緻高級新派中菜嘅感覺,位與位之間嘅間距合理,唔會太嘈,仲可以靜靜地傾下偈。口水雞:醬汁幾濃郁,味道辛香,口味川麻,但唔會太辣。雞件夠入味,肉質亦夠嫩滑。酸辣魚皮:一款微辣口味嘅冷盤前菜,「真」魚皮非常Q彈爽滑,既酸且辣,美味之餘,都幾開胃。青椒皮蛋:溏心皮蛋配小辣嘅青椒絲,味道香,口感順滑,加埋辣辣地嘅青椒絲,幾惹味。黃金椰菜花:又係好惹味嘅一款時蔬,簡單黎講就係鹹蛋黃醬炒椰菜花,鹹蛋黃香豐富,口味濃郁,平凡椰草花即時變得不平凡。青椒開胃清香鱸魚:基本上同泡椒口味差唔多,湯底鮮甜得黎,又帶酸辣,都幾開胃惹味。鱸魚片十分肥美厚肉,魚肉幼嫩鮮味,幾好食。除左魚片,仲有竹荀,以及大量黑薯粉,質感都幾Q彈。紅糖冰粉:食完辣野通常都會食返落紅糖冰粉中和返,有啲人會覺得解辣(雖然今日食嘅野唔會好辣)。但其實味道都唔錯嘅,啫喱般嘅質感非常順滑,微甜,唔會太膩。 continue reading

銅鑼灣有一間中菜餐廳個名好特別,又有川菜又有粵菜,所以就叫做川粵時光 !落地玻璃好靚,食嘢景觀真係一流!青椒皮蛋都幾好食,好香,之前試過食出面嗰啲皮蛋奇奇怪怪,但係呢間嘅味道正常得來係好吸引。連表面嘅青椒味道都突出,好match。蒜泥拍青瓜口感特別爽口,而且蒜泥味道同個青瓜好夾,開胃得來又夠味道。酸辣魚皮千祈唔好睇小,佢個魚皮口感好彈牙,其實佢同樣係酸辣味道好勁,如果真係唔食得辣就唔好亂來,但係食得辣嘅食呢個真係好爽。水煮牛肉裏面唔係剩係得牛肉,牛肉就當然夠入味夠林啦,但係佢其實仲有啲粗身嘅薯粉同步可以享用,咁就唔會咁悶之餘仲豐富啲口感。 小辣呢款香味特別醒胃。黃金南瓜原來出面嗰層就係鹹蛋黃,本身都聯想唔到呢兩款食物竟然可以擺埋一齊,原來都真係得,仲要熱辣辣好香鹹香之外,仲食到南瓜嘅甜味。紅糖冰粉就係甜品啦,佢個味道唔會太甜但係口感好滑,好滿足。呢度除咗飲茶之外,其實都仲有啲特飲,今次就試吓蜂蜜檸檬柚子蜜,甜甜地,特別係有時食得太辣嘅時候仲可以幫手解辣。今次訂枱冇特別要求坐窗邊,但係個位置都坐得好舒適半圓形可以睇到個景觀,不過純粹唔係貼住個景觀姐。如果好想坐窗邊或者可能book一間房睇住景觀用膳的話就記得提早訂枱指明啦。 continue reading

登登 我哋今日又去食川菜位於銅鑼灣 川粵時光環境好靚 裝修優雅 而且仲有卡位重點係有海景 青椒皮蛋皮蛋糖心 不在話下 青椒先煎過 入口仍帶少少爽脆及微辣 開胃酸辣魚皮老實講 本人唔太食魚皮 但身邊友人不停介紹好啦 試下 口入後 嘩 好似海蜇 絕對唔會有腥味10分彈牙又爽脆 酸酸辣辣蒜泥拍青瓜正正常常 開胃菜水煮滑牛肉大盤上台 內裏料非常足 牛肉豬紅芽菜筍寬粉湯底唔會太辣 厚片牛肉 十分滑又入味 兩個人一定唔駛爭 寬粉都係水煮中最吸引我嘅食物寬粉晶瑩剔透 唔會過硬 掛哂湯 芽菜我都最^_^食到最尾黃金南瓜外滿鹹蛋沙 內裏軟又甜 南瓜件件大粒 所以真係十分飽肚 但又唔會覺得油膩紅糖冰粉個個都order 我地又試下 表面有花生西瓜芝麻冰粉本身無味 但糖水帶有山楂味 整個甜品帶甜甜酸酸 職員表示 山楂可用作解辣呢滿意 餐廳真係坐得舒服 聽日又要努力返工喇 continue reading

今次去咗川粵時光食下中菜,整體來講都唔錯。我哋叫咗幾個小食,同一個主菜酸菜魚。蒜泥拍青瓜咬落好爽脆,少少調味下,食落好開胃。皮蛋入味,一啖配上啲青椒,味道唔錯。 我哋亦叫咗個四川豆干,份量多,可以沾少少辣椒粉,食落都幾煙韌,口感滑嫩。我最鍾意嘅係酸辣土豆絲,有幾濃醋味,份量又多,十分開胃。而主菜方面我哋叫咗酸菜鱸魚,一大盤,湯底酸辣度剛剛好,魚鮮甜,口感亦都算滑。最後帶咗兩杯飲品,一杯白桃養生花茶,一杯蜂蜜紅棗茶,甜度適中,飲落幾清新。 最後以冰粉作為甜品,上面有啲西瓜同花生粒,冰凍得嚟又帶點酸甜,不錯! continue reading
