To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天氣比之前和暖，於是想起食甜筒。於是問店員是否只有一種焙茶味，店員話係。於是我就要焙茶甜筒。店員立刻去整，連錢都未收。店員給我後我就話用八達通比。八達通沒有出示價錢，我提一提店員用八達通比。店員回應：「拍啦」。今時今日咁態度，我不想再食天仁茗茶了。
