To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在牛頭角地鐵站行出海濱時，會見到這間馬路邊的地鋪「天仁茗茶」，店舖大大，仲有位坐。餐牌上的茶飲跟其他品牌都差不多，特別在於買指定的茶飲或盒裝茶包送 Tempo 一包，很特別（第一次見）優惠期：27/2-5/3/2023最後，我揀了一杯「913茶王」HK$20.00（走甜、走冰、加寒天 + HK$5.00）埋單：HK$25.00飲上來都是平平無奇，寒天好甜，超乎我預期，始終我不喜歡太甜，所以先叫走甜，但走甜都仍然很甜。
