To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天叫了杯橙茶少甜，入口已甜到漏，見杯上沒有寫少甜以為靚女沒聽到要求，一次半次就算數吧！甚知今日叫了杯梅茶，同樣要求少甜，就給我七分甜，入口即感到無比甜，我問靚女為什麼七分仍是這麼甜，她說要就說半糖或微甜。天啊，很難捉摸呢！七分甜已覺是全甜，那如果沒要求少甜，就是一杯超甜的飲品，大家小心！

9月23日下午約5時，去到此間天仁想買外賣飲品。點知店員話要暫停營業，佢冇講原因，但問佢幾時可以買外賣，佢話起碼個半鐘後。唔係化，我行咗十幾分鐘專登嚟買外賣，竟然會在正常營業時間暫停營業，真係匪夷所思！咁下次再買外賣，係咪要先打電話問開唔開先，完全沒有顧及客戶體驗。
