To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身苦瓜都預期有啲苦，揀左思苦檸檬。一入口微苦，之後又有啲澀，飲完覺得人生又再苦澀啲… 好彩冇少甜，如果想清下熱氣就買黎飲啦，都吾係話吾好飲嘅，只係個人喜好問題。可能我小朋友口味，呢個試一次就夠啦，下次都係買返奶茶或果汁類啱口味啲。

喺新達廣場食完午餐，想飲杯珍奶，發覺原來新達無咩選擇，要落去大埔墟火車站先有。揀咗天仁茗茶，因為品質有保證，落幾多料幾多糖幾多冰幾多奶幾多水，我相信佢有佢把尺。叫咗一杯凍嘅珍珠鮮奶茶，揀咗五分甜，盛惠$29。味道：珍珠唔太甜，鮮奶味香，夠冰凍。唯一係茶唔夠濃味。另外，我仲見到有613黑糖珍珠鮮奶茶，唔知同913茶王有咩關係，或者有咩分別，下一次可以試吓。題外話，佢嘅飲筒仲用緊膠，唔知之後佢會變成點⋯⋯

夏日炎炎，每個人手頭上都總有一杯飲品，大埔墟火車站呢間天仁都排滿左人買野飲！由於今日氣溫有成三十度，今次都想揀返杯fresh既飲品飲！於是我同朋友就決定share一杯香橙綠茶。叫之前其實好懷疑佢match唔match，不過太熱真係唔想飲奶，所以就試下佢啦。一拎到杯飲品，發現天仁轉左個杯，換上左膠杯，同橙汁個形象都幾夾。飲落去，整體都算好新鮮，感覺似係用左鮮橙，因為有種澀澀地既橙味，唔係好糖水個種假橙味。茶底夾左綠茶又係好fresh既，清清地，絕對係我既夏日之選。
