To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假準備返屋企，差唔多到門口嘅時候，小朋友打俾我話佢喺公園玩緊，叫我去V city嗰間天仁茗茶買兩杯洛神花茶加寒天落去公園比佢哋飲。其實我都唔知點解佢哋知道天仁茗茶有洛神花茶買，肥妹第一次飲洛神花茶係我喺台式火鍋任食嘅時候攞比佢飲，佢一飲完之後就話好正！最後我嗌咗7分甜少冰，再加寒天，出到嚟杯嘢都幾靚！我自己就唔會買來飲啦！但係我都想試吓佢哋嗰個茶味，所以就黐咗兩口嚟飲，飲完之後覺得都有少少似利賓納，酸酸甜甜，加埋寒天都幾有咬口！唔怪得知啲小朋友咁鍾意飲啦！其實價錢都唔算貴，一杯$26蘋果好多茶飲店喇已經！
