真係可惜住咗西貢兩年都唔知有呢一間咁好味嘅小食店😩😢😢其實佢食泰國河粉,好似船粉嗰啲味道我咁鍾意食泰國嘢,居然唔知有呢一間小店最可惜佢就嚟結業我試咗佢個扎肉魚餅湯河真係好好味,點解會唔做?湯底夠味魚餅非常之有泰國風情嘅味道,因為佢有啲金不換葉喺入邊好香好彈牙,仲有一般泰國醬汁配料俾你加落個粉度食超惹味,最衰今次得一個人嚟食,其實好想食佢嗰個特色豬手我見其他客人食嘅時候我feel到好香脆😂😂希望佢休息一段時間再開業啦 continue reading

知道西貢有間雞粉要執咗一排,今日有機會入嚟就食吓懷念吓啦,首先我之前住咗廿幾年西貢,其實多數幫襯既係旁邊間滿泰,呢間可能夜晚食個雞飯,感覺生意無滿泰好。所以其實我係以為滿泰結業😅不過嚟到就緊係食埋佢,一行三人因為我要泊車,另外兩位幫手排隊先,所以過到嚟都快有位,但就等咗都好耐先有嘢食。食物呢首先講吓價錢,因為細個廿零蚊都有個雞飯,而家成六十蚊當然覺得貴,但如果同出邊啲一般海南雞飯比,真係色香味價都輸,不過西貢平時又真係無咩生意,係假日搵番啲錢,我都叫自己體諒吓佢既。最後有個阿姐送咗幾罐嘢飲比我哋,有番啲人情味。西貢食街仲有好多嘢我有感情仲未執,感恩。 continue reading

其實唔係第一次食呢間舖頭,都係我喺西貢少數會食完再不停返食嘅舖頭,好可惜收到風佢就嚟會執笠,希望大家喺佢執笠前都可以去試一試。首先為大家推介泰式海南雞就咁叫普通雞飯$60一碟,跟飯碗湯。雞非常之嫩滑,嫩滑得來唔會生。鍾意食雞髀肉嘅朋友可以加$20轉泰式海南雞髀肉飯,即係$80。由於男朋友太過肚餓,所以未影相已經食咗碟飯,所以影隻碟俾大家睇啦第二款為大家推介嘅就係炸皮蛋蝦球呢款泰式小菜唔係間間泰國舖都有得試㗎,但由於小編好鍾意食呢道菜,所以基本上去親泰國舖只要有得叫多一定會叫。上一次嚟到由於舖頭實在是太多人,叫咗呢套菜都留咗單,所以一直未試到,今次終於成功送到上台上。我覺得呢套餸都係10分值得一試嘅,售價$78。蝦球包住皮蛋蝦球嘅表面10分鬆脆,皮蛋都處理得柔軟流心。 男朋友都覺得10分唔錯。佢話5分會比4分喎。食後評分色:香:味: continue reading

心血來潮想吃泰國料理,和朋友即往西貢吃泰式海南雞飯+咸肉+豬頸肉,半打沙爹,我朋友則點了雞絲问粉,再加碟豬大腸一次滿足我需要。雞絲飯雞絲嫩滑,咸肉脆香,猪頸肉只是普通。在這裡吃飯最重要是醬汁,微辣帶點酸的醬汁讓我胃口大開,半打沙爹因朋友不吃牛,只點了猪和雞,沙爹燒得肉香味濃。這的食物多年仍保持一貫的美味,尤其是豬大腸,總是讓我卻罷不能。這店開了3O多年,我也吃了廿多年,老闆娘也由少婦變老婦,這店經歷了沙士,19暗黑之年,新冠肺炎卻敵不過24年,還有半個月就要結業,好吃的小店又少一間。 continue reading

落嚟西貢喺朝早行山前,友人帶我揾食,話你唔試過就等於未到過西貢咁樣!今日個口福就落係咁嘅一間泰國餐廳,好介紹話有款鹹豬肉粉麵要試吓。係嚟,道地泰國菜系列一試難忘,鹹豬粒炸到外脆內軟,香噴噴,一啖咬落去,骨牙記心底!粉麵滑溜溜,加埋店家特製辣醬,唔係辣死人嘅攻味,而係香辣適中咁,醒胃生津,真係一絕!海南雞飯我又唔會放過,隻雞滑嘅過山咀,黃油飯香到飄過三條街。冬瓜湯清甜過你第一戀愛,撩係心尖尖。炒飯?哎喲,講到我又想食喇,粒粒飯噴香,配上鮮蝦同豐富料,尤其係提子乾,微甜帶出飯香,賣相又吸引,真係犀利哥!食到最後,仲要捧個泰式粉麵去。牛腱選得好,幼嫩又滋味,湯底清新唔膩口,粉麵加埋芽菜同冬菜,我個味蕾跳起芭蕾🌟。下次帶埋啲朋友嚟,香港味,泰國風,食得開心,講曬都唔夠!🍲🥢🌶️ continue reading
