粉嶺一日遊搵嘢食，見到泰美食價錢好親民，全部泰國人處理有個就係六十幾歲廚師，整啲嘢系好正宗嘅泰國菜，啲價錢又唔貴唔知點解冇人like我就忍唔住手呀要like下佢要畀comment佢，因為真係好食。我哋叫咗青咖哩牛肉,啲牛肉唔韌青咖哩又好好味啲汁又好濃,青咖哩好大碗所以唔夠飯想叫多一個飯，個老闆好人到話免費畀我地，咁我哋話要半碗但佢話唔好啦畀一碗呀，我哋又食曬跟住仲叫咗個金不換肉碎炒金邊粉又係好好味，仲有一個泰式炒通菜都係好食又唔會太辣但係又好香，仲有炸蝦片，每人都只系63蚊！實在平靚正！ continue reading

炒貴刁用茄汁炒, 味道不配合， 好似食緊厦門炒米 ， 完全顛覆想像 ! 就好似乾炒牛河用茄汁炒一樣 ！不過有三隻大蝦係唔錯嘅，爽口，都有D鲜味。 肯用三隻唔錯嘅大蝦，點解唔做好D個汁？ 要酸嘅應該用羅望子汁 , 如果唔搞咁多嘅就咁用黑醬油又或者用咖哩粉都好過用 茄汁，太求奇了。椰汁都重椰子味，不過甜咗D。 continue reading

今晚試食泰式豬髀飯，味道不錯，飯夠香，豬髀滑而有鹵水香，再加泰國酸菜一流。平時都鐘意食佢既炒粉，夠風味。唔好既可能店係做外賣為主，堂食坐得唔太舒服。粉嶺區泰國菜質素不俗，值得一試。 continue reading
