炒貴刁用茄汁炒, 味道不配合, 好似食緊厦門炒米 , 完全顛覆想像 ! 就好似乾炒牛河用茄汁炒一樣 !不過有三隻大蝦係唔錯嘅,爽口,都有D鲜味。 肯用三隻唔錯嘅大蝦,點解唔做好D個汁? 要酸嘅應該用羅望子汁 , 如果唔搞咁多嘅就咁用黑醬油又或者用咖哩粉都好過用 茄汁,太求奇了。椰汁都重椰子味,不過甜咗D。 continue reading

今晚試食泰式豬髀飯,味道不錯,飯夠香,豬髀滑而有鹵水香,再加泰國酸菜一流。平時都鐘意食佢既炒粉,夠風味。唔好既可能店係做外賣為主,堂食坐得唔太舒服。粉嶺區泰國菜質素不俗,值得一試。 continue reading
