又去試新餐廳Thai Q, 先來杯日本生啤,試了三道菜:前菜先點了燒牛肉沙律,廚師選用特選牛板腱部位,肉質細嫩,醬汁配搭,開胃醒神,選了微辣,辣味剛好 第二道泰式燒雞,自己至愛的,先試雞胸,鬆軟口感,其他部位不用再說,有底味,火候足夠,配上香料鹽,十分惹味,重頭戲咖哩蟹,老闆特意安排,泰式咖哩做得非常好,味香蟹鮮,不知吃了幾片簿餅,還打包咖哩汁回家,最後送上班蘭糕和鮮芒果,完美演繹,結束了一頓期望口味.温馨提示:全日都有套餐飯麵,都係$68起,十分經濟,記得試下招牌 泰式雞飯地址;中環六號碼頭,1樓UA舖去梅窩碼頭裝修風格頂部一片片秋葉,很有詩情劃意,有去了渡假感覺,老闆很熱情招呼,食得十分開心 continue reading

呢間泰菜餐廳新開幕,喺中環碼頭樓上。一踏入餐廳,映入眼簾嘅裝潢散發濃濃異國情調,天花板上鋪滿了金黃色的細密植被,營造出一種如同置身於大自然森林中的感覺。🌳🌾整體展現出一種溫暖、自然和夢幻般的氛圍。今晚食嘅菜式全部都好好食。感受到老闆對每一道菜式都下足心思,悉心炮製,力求呈現出最正宗地道嘅風味。「潮式蜆」,🐚鮮甜彈牙嘅蜆肉,浸泡喺特製嘅醬汁中,入口即溶,令人難忘。另一道出色嘅菜式係「日漬煮鮑魚」,🐚鮑魚肉質細嫩,浸泡喺日式醬汁中,散發出濃郁嘅香氣。「紅燒乳鴿」🕊️亦別具特色,乳鴿酥脆又鮮嫩多汁,紅燒汁香濃可口。至於必試嘅泰式經典,非「咖哩蟹」莫屬,🍛🦀蟹肉肥美鮮甜,配埋濃稠香醇嘅黃咖哩,叫人難以抗拒。最後推介嘅係「泰式汁肉眼扒」,🥩🐮厚切嘅肉眼牛扒,火候掌握得宜,肉質鮮嫩多汁,淋上泰式特製醬汁,別有一番滋味。老闆透露菜單會因應季節性食材和飲食趨勢而定期更換。期待下次再嚟會試到唔同嘅菜式✨值得一讚係老闆同員工都親切有禮,尤其是老闆靚仔又幽默😂👍🏻雖然餐廳位於室外冇冷氣,但係悠悠海風吹過嚟都覺得好舒服。 continue reading
