聽一位周圍搵食既司機介紹,話呢間係佢試過全港最好味既泰菜果然無介紹錯喎!!4個人黎食,每人都係平均百幾,每一樣都好食,而且係出面唔是間間有。雞,香口又帶點脆皮魚,老闆娘建議一上枱就食,但咁靚就相機食先啦腸,司機大推,叫我地book之前一定要confrim有得食😂果然都係無失望既,辣辣地,而且隻辣係食完先黎料,用生菜包住岩岩好,辣得好過癮~~~~~最後!!!隔離有個印度芝士薄餅呢司機又係極力推薦,買左過黎一齊食,都係幾十蚊,d芝士係咇出嚟咁多。勁香,同平時食既唔同層次~~去開記得買過黎食。

其實佢算係呢一區叫做出名嘅泰國菜。我嗰日叫咗一條燒魚,我本身就好鍾意食泰國菜同泰國嘢,一見到條魚肚裏面塞滿生菜,冇乜香料我就有啲唔高興,因為條魚嘅香味好大程度係來自肚裏面嘅香料,你放啲生菜入去咁已經冇乜香味,再加上條魚煮唔熟,因為燒魚係需要比較長嘅時間,泰式燒魚魚身上面會包左一層鹽,響呢度我完全食唔到鹽同香料嘅味道。一般嘅燒魚會燒到會魚身有D燶,同埋咁樣會食到有一啲魚油香。另外我仲叫咗一個生菜包,啲肉碎勁咸(注意返鹹味唔代表叫做有味,冇香料味),炒得比較濕,先唔同佢講正唔正宗,如果啲肉碎有太多水嘅話食起上嚟好唔方便,味道方面,同條魚嘅問題一樣唔夠香料。呢間小店經常都好多人,我唔會認為多人或者少人係可以反映食物好唔好味嘅一個指標,相反佢對面有一間印度嘅小店我覺得非常出色,有機會下次再同大家分享。

呢間小店經常都好多人,我唔會認為多人或者少人係可以反映食物好唔好味嘅一個指標,相反佢對面有一間印度嘅小店我覺得非常出色,有機會下次再同大家分享。

I had dinner here on a Thursday. This place was very quiet on Thu I feel bad for them. the food was quite tasty. We especially enjoyed the roast chicken. It was marinated very well. The green curry was good too but not outstanding. The ground pork lettuce wrap was quite interesting. it looked very bland but it had a good kick..... spicy and tangy.As for the environment, even though this place is in a cooked food centre, I didn't smell anything unpleasant. the tables and seats felt clean.

另一道熱盤是「香脆三味炸魚」,所謂三味即泰式代表「酸」、「辣」、「甜」。將三種味道放進菜式非常容易,但平衡三種截然不同的味道,不讓其中一種味道喧賓奪主則非常考驗廚師駕馭味道的功夫。魚皮炸得金黃香脆,魚肉卻非常嫩滑。咬一口魚肉,同時湧入三味。

如此美食在前,馬上進入三昧之境,極度專注於眼前的三味炸魚,當然絕對少不了來一杯泰式象啤伴菜。

在此呼籲大家也嘗試「快樂用餐」,將煩惱憂愁拋到餐桌後面吧!

在北角上班巳有好一陣子, 附近的食店也試得七七八八, 最近跟友人談起, 說原來走遠一點, 在街市熟食那邊就有幾家不錯的小店, 例如咖哩也不錯聽得心癢癢, 決定找了一個中午走來看看誰知道咖哩店原來要下午2時過後才開業走了一圈看看其他店, 有中式, 有泰式, 最後決定來這家泰爽甜試試他們的海南雞 泰式海南雞飯 (HK$48)其實收費在街市來說絕不便宜, 但一個飯會包例湯及飲品, 而且份量都算幾多.雞件堆得層層疊疊的, 看看雞皮黃油脂都幾豐厚, 雞肉入口就有點乾不過沾醬吃的話味道仍可以接受雞油飯吃起來都幾油潤, 但香度就不太突出整體來說都算是OK, 但沒什麼特別.例湯本來以為只有一碗清湯, 但內裡又有些豆腐和菜粒, 喝起來不算好咸, 用來配飯不錯飲品要了泰式奶茶, 好甜好甜....價格不算便宜, 食物算是OK但沒什麼特別如果要是順路就腳的話, 就不用特別來吃.

其實收費在街市來說絕不便宜, 但一個飯會包例湯及飲品, 而且份量都算幾多.
雞件堆得層層疊疊的, 看看雞皮黃油脂都幾豐厚, 雞肉入口就有點乾不過沾醬吃的話味道仍可以接受
雞油飯吃起來都幾油潤, 但香度就不太突出
整體來說都算是OK, 但沒什麼特別.

這餐廳是令我連續兩天都來光顧,因為他們煮的菜色很不商業化, 煮得很有heart. 咖喱很好味 不是預期的一般咖喱味道。魚沙律很值得試,脆魚不油膩 跟沙律菜一起吃 味道加口感都一絶。再叫一客豬頸肉外脆內嫰有肉汁 是必叫的一道菜。地方雖小 但坐位空間寬敞 沒有食完被趕的感覺。我下星期又再去食啦😄

咖哩軟殼蟹做法其實同平時食開嘅咖哩炒蜆或咖哩炒蟹如出一轍, 都係落咗大量蛋去做而且絲毫不辣嘅咖哩. 不過碟咖哩蟹嘅軟殼蟹份量大概就只有2隻左右, 份量較孤寒. 又因為炸好嘅軟殼蟹被咖哩汁完全淹沒喺咖哩汁入面, 結果軟殼蟹都變淋變油膩喇… 就算蛋咖哩味道ok但整體都有少少失望.

電器道街市熟食中心其實只剩番三間食肆, 隔離嘅小菜同印度野之前都食過幾次, 反而最有興趣試嘅泰爽甜就因為佢成日唔開而一直都無食過. 今晚難得唔洗摸門釘都真係暗呼好彩~ d泰國人侍應一開頭好似唔多好招呼咁, 但食落先發現其實佢地對客人都算服務細心嘅, 只係態度可能慣咗硬繃繃… 整體其實無想像中咁好食, 不過要講地道泰菜嘅話呢區都算係一個好選擇.

泰爽甜係一間街巿樓上的熟食鋪。地方好細,唔係特別好坐。但勝在嘢食好好味,真令人令眼相看泰爽甜係正宗泰國人開的,每一道菜佢哋都好有心機去煮。泰式燒雞有一陣碳燒過的香味。一口香脆的雞皮,微微的泰式香料和泰式燒雞汁慢慢布滿口腔內,真的好好好味。鹽焼魚內stuff 咗一咋香料,外皮布滿鹽然後去焼的。食的是後會切開魚皮,只是食魚肉。魚肉內以收囇香料的精華和帶少少的咸味。

晚上十點幾,忽然好想飲碗冬蔭公,剛好在附近,便上來了。店內好多剪報介紹,心想應不會太差吧。座位有點擠,但是夥計態度殷切,加分。只叫了碗冬蔭公。湯蠻大碗的,但看色水就知道好極有限。湯的味道如其色水一樣混濁,也很油膩;辣度夠,但不怎麼香。湯料蝦頭很多,蝦身卻少,而且肉質很「梅」,吃得出不是新鮮貨,實在無法把湯飲完。其實單以這碗湯來說應該給喊面的,不過見哥哥服務態度不錯,看見旁邊那大家庭吃得好高興似的,希望下次有機會試試別的,質素可會高一點?
