To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. $50一杯全部都係糖漿。上網訂完微甜甜過其他凍飲既正常甜,同你講係正常既因為係奶粉沖出嚟,跟住問佢如果奶粉沖出嚟係咪都係甜?佢話都係㗎。所以係冇得走甜嘅,但係訂單又有得俾人揀走甜。未試過飲一間嘢微甜係可以甜到咁。仲話呢啲係正常嘅,問題在於個客人身上邊。如果係咁既麻煩就喺訂單顯示返,其他舖頭都可以唔明點解呢間唔得。仲要同你講所有嘢都係正常,甜過其他正常甜都係正常。講話所有嘢都係正常嘅員工操一口不流利的廣東話。依家成杯都要扔。

行到iSquare附近,想飲嘢發現附近得一間鹿角巷嘅奶茶舖。咁唯有試吓佢啦。揀咗最簡單嘅珍珠奶茶,珍珠都幾煙靭茶味都幾出。不過可能附近得佢一間手搖店,等待嘅時間都會比較長。

今日去尖沙咀行市集之前去咗鹿角巷買咗杯珍珠奶茶,諗住一路行一路飲。珍珠奶茶我哋揀咗走甜,茶底幾好,茶味都好出,珍珠都幾煙靭QQ彈彈咁,係一般正正常常嘅珍珠奶茶。

其實姐經常想做一個珍珠奶茶特輯的,可不是姐自負,香港內地的珍奶都喝很多了,對珍奶都有幾分眼光的,下星期去台灣再喝。環境:4在isquare 的對面,位置方便,店舖小小的,外觀標誌卻還是顯眼。服務:3慢呢,下單約15分鐘才調好,看上去單也不特別多啊。飲品:3小山綠奶茶加珍珠,微糖少冰($24)綠茶底的奶茶本來茶味就不夠突出的了,踫巧鹿角巷奶的比例高,奶與茶間的平衡和合理性被破壞了,縱然珍珠甜味是適中的,也很Q彈,卻不是一杯好的珍奶。

今日咁啱經過尖沙咀,首先已經比店舖嘅logo吸引,我就點咗佢最出名嘅黑糖鮮奶。佢杯飲品鮮奶味十足而黑糖珍珠非常彈牙。甜度亦都剛剛好,適合鍾意甜度適中嘅大家。冰塊亦都唔會特別多。喺一間不錯嘅台式飲品店
