To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逸東酒店的逸東軒和Food Court也是我經常光顧的，作為酒店有Food Court，提供不同類型，而且較為便宜的餐飲，也算是一種德政，反而自助餐則比較從未光顧，始終其他的選擇比較多，但光顧過後也覺得很不錯，特別是自助餐的食物也帶有香港特色之餘，在大路菜式的選擇上也做得不錯，例如是生蠔和長腳蟹，前者Creamy而且處理得相當乾淨，後者肉多鮮味夠，燒味的選擇同樣較其他的多，而且味道不會太鹹，當然酒店自助餐的燒味優勢在於有粵菜部同事的支持。除此之外，水吧的特色飲品，例如是薑味奶茶，也比其他只有開水或者汽水的更有誠意，定價也有競爭力，吃得飽吃得滿足，所以我會推薦。The Eaton Hotel’s Yat Tung Heen and Food Court are places I frequent often. Having a Food Court in a hotel that offers diverse and affordable dining options is commendable. While I rarely try the buffet due to other choices, I found it impressive when I did. The buffet features Hong Kong-style dishes alongside classics like creamy, well-prepared oysters and flavorful crab legs. The roasted meats are plentiful and not overly salty, supported by the Cantonese cuisine team. Unique drinks like ginger milk tea add charm, with competitive pricing making it satisfying and worth recommending.

生蠔係開定喺度唔係即開搵個阿姐沖吓水喺度扮新鮮完全冇海水味同埋金屬味。係一隻蠔嘅物體，但完全冇味嘅，超級奇怪。 仲要搵啲人企喺度同佢講問咩海鮮先比，不如俾人自己夾啦。片皮鴨全晚得一次，黑松露意大利粉都係，仲要喺度搖個鈴，當人係狗咁樣排隊，有冇搞錯，咁孤寒不如唔好俾。 去到切牛扒羊扒嗰度個阿姐每次切得勁薄勁少，一嚿都唔知分咗俾幾多個人，有冇咁cheap啊師傅？最後最火滾係食完之後第二日屙到pk，大佬唔該你監管下啲食物質素啦。

大家唔想食太多，但又想開開心心又豐富！所以唔食午餐，晚餐，而選擇tea buffet ~ 因為有老人家，而且自己根本食唔到太多，但個tea buffet 竟然多野食到嚇親，我仲以為食緊自助午餐！仲送每位三隻生蠔🦪🦪🦪加每位一碗花膠碗仔翅🍜！飲品有黑牛&好立克沙冰！熱食我估唔到都幾有質素，我推介嘅係牛腩，其實仲有好多粉面粥，我都冇乜點食，因為真係好多嘢食，另外我喜愛嘅有一款甜品就係心形嘅雞蛋仔！師傅即場整～新鮮熱辣脆卜卜～可以自己加雪糕球，然後再加朱古力醬同點綴~可能因為tea time，甜品方面比較多選擇想讚賞嘅係環境，原來都真係幾新鮮，因為太耐冇嚟過逸東酒店，翻新過之後有青年旅宿嘅感覺，而且餐廳設計都用香港懷舊風味，所以環境真係幾好！最後最後要大贊嘅就係員工嘅服務態度！佢哋好細心同有禮貌！經理都好熱情款待！加上我哋有一位老婆婆，佢哋都好friendly關心佢嘅需要,睇得出呢度嘅員工做嘢係開心嘅，因為都同我哋有講有笑，呢個真係好好好好加咗好多分！下次可以再試吓個自助午餐同晚餐～我哋下午茶埋單三百幾連+1～值得推介

來了普慶不止一次，但是每次也不會令我失望。今年在26號到來，發現食物比之前更豐富。生蠔、冷龍蝦、蟹腳等等，生蠔和龍蝦都很不錯，此外，燒牛肉很出色，蜜汁火腿和烤鴨也很不錯，另外，還有一貫的刺身、串燒等等，食物款式有很多選擇，另外中式熟食方面，爐魚很出色，值得一讚，此外甜品也很不錯，此往常弄得更小、更精緻，方便人們可以試食好幾款。還有喜歡普慶的原因，覺得那裡的氣氛很好，員工有笑容、有禮貌，客人們都感受到愉悅的氣氛。我還是會再來呀！

2025年元旦，我哋全家決定食自助餐慶祝。係openrice瀏覽啲資料，結果見到逸東酒店的呢間普慶自助餐名列榜首，就決定試下。結果，令人大失所望。我哋慕名而去，失望而歸。首先係餐廳環境一般。樓底好低，空間壓逼，燈光昏暗，座位狹窄。重要嘅係食物質素好一般，種類少，味道普通。不過職員服務還可以。
