趁週末同成班朋友食飯,為左等齊人.所以成10:30點先食晚飯,而侍應又叫我地,好彩咋!我地冇諗住食鮑魚,因太貴了.但佢地都好好招呼.又介紹我地食D平平地既野~滑蛋蝦仁~好大隻.帶子蒸豆腐~又係好正,豉汁蒸~好味!京都骨~酸酸甜甜,好開胃.蛋白炒飯~,吾乾,香口,好正!碗仔翅~吾知點解,覺得好好味!我地係最後一檯客,個侍應話D野大碟左嫁!所以老闆招呼好好,又同我地傾謁講波講政治,仲送甜品,其實可能人人都有得送既~但佢地冇趕客,成12:00先走,仲好笑容,所以我地都食得好開心呀! continue reading

四月中旬童年回憶中印象較深的港式街頭小吃,就是放學後溜到公園,一邊「埋舟」一邊期待著碗仔翅大審的出現,然後痞在乒乓波檯,粉絲當魚翅再掛個燶芡加上衝鼻而來醋酸味,實在較廉價補習班螢光雞翼作午餐滋味多了!小吃店一般都會有些炆扣剩下的醬汁,加以調製後成店自慢的醬油,這裡也不例外,遂要了一碟鮑汁油菜。原以為是扣鵝掌鮑魚剩下的濃汁撈生菜,卻不知所謂的鮑汁不過是罐頭鮑的汁加蠔油混和的「秘製汁」,醬色淺稀身味淡,加上水分重的西生菜,淡汁對食味實無幫助可言,可以這樣說,純以黏稠蠔油蘸的話,風味會更佳。無味精碗仔翅一定好?請參閱http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2010/04/blog-post_25.html continue reading

下午茶尾聲黎開飯 點了兩個下午茶 豬軟骨飯 $29 : 豬軟骨也算夠腍也入味, 味道還可以, 但是豬肉, 只有兩件是原整, 其餘頗為碎, 用了冬瓜墊底, 明顯地只是想增加份量, No Good 魚翅撈飯 $39 : 當然無期望過會食到魚翅, 但見到個樣都無胃口, 呢碗只可以叫做一碗傑達達既湯, 只有數得出既幾條所謂魚翅, 4片冬菇絲, 3 條雞絲…. 離譜到爆 ~鮑汁扒生菜 $16 : 鮑汁味淡也不鮮, 巧立名目又可以賣貴幾蚊 炸墨魚餅 $ 28 : 幾彈牙夠香脆, 但無鮮味, 感覺有點像食橡膠 食物低分; 價錢中上; 感覺老襯 continue reading

為慶祝週年紀念,同男友去大嶼山玩樂兩天,出發前特意來吃一餐魚翅豪華午飯。點了兩個午餐: 鹹蛋蒸肉餅飯($34)同鮑魚雞粒炒飯($36),包一杯熱飲和例湯。例湯可加$10轉碗仔翅或菜膽雞炖翅。鹹蛋蒸肉餅飯: 鹹蛋好好味,唔太乾。肉餅都幾多,有點肥肉。鮑魚雞粒炒飯: 無咩特別,有一粒粒既飽魚粒仔。不過好大碟~碗仔翅: 有幾塊細翅,都幾多配料,雞肉,冬菇,但個湯就杰左d,好似羮咁。菜膽雞炖翅: 唔知係咪落左酒,陣味怪怪地,翅另上,在客人面前倒落湯度。可以再選既話會點返碗仔翅。 continue reading

老爸睇飲食男女話試下呢間野, 茶餐廳食翅都幾奇怪, 以為好多人想book位..點知電話係fax機, 仲怕無位去到門口, e...無咩人既...睇到門口個2煲"翅", omg. 心感不妙...但老爸想試.點左個2人鮑翅餐, 班腩煲, 蔥油雞, 豉油皇炒麵, 墨魚餅, 埋單3個人400蚊翅上了, 我的天, 原來係沙煲碗仔翅, 翅少料弱湯廢, 基本上我食翅都係食個湯, 真係唔掂...鮑魚鵝掌冬菇, 那鮑魚汁是我食過最弱的, 鮑魚尚算可接受(咁既價錢食番咁既質素ok), 但其他就不行了...汁唔掂就唔會好食小菜----茶餐廳貨色墨魚餅, 唔爽口, 應該唔係用左好多墨魚, d肉都食唔到墨魚粒, 失敗雖然400要食鮑翅都唔會預左有好野, 400蚊3個人我覺得好唔抵....我情願用呢個價錢去東寶食小炒....呢d野試過就算...毫無驚喜....見到咁多好評都有d 奇怪結論: 茶餐廳都係做番茶餐廳la.......鮑翅都係要係高級餐廳食. 此終將貨就價係做唔出好水準 continue reading
