The portion for their ready-to-go salad is large. Fresh ingredients. Just that the amount of greek yougurt dressing could be more generous. Adding $16 could make it a combo with a pie/soup/yougurt cup. Worth the money, especially considering having salad for lunch in WC district.

從知道有這間咖啡店開始，多年來一直沒有緣份去試；而身邊好友們不斷説這間咖啡不錯的。竟然意外發現於公司附近這小區；三月下旬將會開設分店，期待著（雖然這小區已有兩間咖啡店）終於在這個星期五；與同事M小姐一同去試了；原來昨天才開張的The Coffee Academics (TCA) 全店位於平台轉角；屬於半露天的座位店面左邊設有一台自助售賣機店面正中位置 - 調製咖啡之地方！店舖以黑色，配上銅色及金色為主的格局！店面右邊提供一些食物：湯，肉批，肉卷，炸物便當，三文治，水果乳酪，沙律及其他飲品我們還是喜歡與店員直接溝通一下才選擇那款咖啡…櫃檯下陳列了多種曲奇及片裝蛋糕等待咖啡之時…發現了這塊小木板！提取咖啡位置一直喜歡品嚐美式咖啡Americano 或朱古力咖啡 Mocha 的我；被一位好友推介我嘗試了一啖Flat White後，從此愛上了！但奈何很難找到一杯我喜歡的味道…今天我遇上了！調製過程中看到選用日本明治牛奶。聞到濃郁咖啡味；入口感覺到奶泡順滑而帶陣陣咖啡香；層次分明因為每間咖啡店所調製Flat White配方也有不同之處。在於選用一份或兩份濃縮咖啡為基本；加上蒸打過之牛奶；再配上薄薄的奶泡而製作的！很多時候遇上的…咖啡味被牛奶及奶泡蓋過；或者咖啡味太淡！（不過我對咖啡也不是十分專業的）TCA 總結：一定要試！補充：此店只接受電字交易；不接受現金喔
