Found this little place in Kowloon city. It wasn’t rush hour so was easy to get nice and cool seat. Owner was super nice to welcome customers and who was very friendly to introduce their food and cakes. I’ll definitely go again to try her homemade cakesCarbonara spaghetti wasn’t as creamy as I used to have in other restaurant. She explained that it’s Italian recipe for the sauce. It’s only mixed with egg and cheese. The flavor was not too strong but made me to finish the whole dish Cafe latte was served when I was about finish the spaghetti. Forgot to ask about where they had their coffee beans ordered. But the coffee was made with heart ❤️ It’s recommended to try when you pass by Kowloon city

Haven’t been to Kowloon city myself for a long time since I moved away. I was walking along Junction road and found this restaurant very near bus stops, turns out that the restaurant is a cafe in the daytime and a bar at night (from 5:30pm onwards). The interior design is kind of like industrial style, with grey walls, dark blue seats and wooden tables. There’s a few big TVs for watching football ⚽️ with friends and also 2 dart machines great for dart-playing lovers 🎯👍🏻The staff were friendly, we had a good long chat and it turns out that it is a family-run business. Since it’s the afternoon, me and my friend ordered an afternoon tea set - a drink & a piece of cake. I ordered a black coffee with walnut brownie and my friend got a piccolo latte with cheesecake. The cheesecake is very creamy and it melts in your mouth 😋My walnut brownie wasn’t very sweet as the baker didn’t put a lot of sugar in it. It happens that the owner does customised cakes too! Overall the food and service was great. The staff recommended that the all day breakfast is very popular, would love to try that next time!

Went here for the first timeafter workout for lunch. I ordered a smoked salmon and walnut salad and lemon and ginger tea. The vegetables are fresh and seasoning is just right while the tea can refill for free on demand. There were not many people and I sat there comfortably. I kinda hate dining places with poor lighting and the lighting here is just right. Not very bright but bright enough to see and enough daylight during daytime.

A great little cafe on Junction road. A small and tasty menu of simple, fresh food, well cooked and presented. Excellent selection of teas and good coffee too. Decor is earthy and relaxing. The cafe turns into a bar at night, hence a long row of bar stools at the counter. The two girls running the cafe are friendly and warm, and both speak English well. They also make cakes to order.
