為了吃新鮮海鮮,來到這間訂了6點, 全場坐滿不是放題~有八款海鮮加上八寶蒸飯,非常豐富一坐下,就人每一碗足料湯~有雞腳、桂圓、杞子,清潤無味精感。海鮮我選了波士頓龍蝦、鮑魚、蟹、海蝦、大蚌、花甲,而且可以自選調味料調味料有豆醬蒸/金銀蒜蒸/剁椒蒸每款可以配不一樣的如果想吃海鮮的鮮味當然選清蒸但最驚喜是剁椒,是有麻辣味,很喜歡店員還會教你怎開和吃龍蝦 最後,配8 寶飯,但真的吃不完還叫了 土耳其汽水 蘋果及檸檬味,但感覺沒什麼特別可以不試~

今日妹妹生日,所以去左鍋心八鮮蒸鍋同屋企人食生日飯。其實之前已經食過一次佢地太子個間分店,覺得啲材料好新鮮好好食。一開始入座已經會即刻上一客 #6小時足料燉湯,老火湯好好飲。而廚師每日都會有2款指定海鮮,之後我地再自選6款海鮮+自家醬汁我地揀左#清蒸龍蝦#清蒸泰好味白蜆#清蒸肉蟹#紅糟醬海蝦#豉汁多寶魚#金銀蒜元貝#清蒸花甲(食得太開心,所以冇影到)佢啲材料真係好新鮮,所以就係蒸起上黎真係好原汁原味,超好食!比起海鮮火鍋,我比較中意蒸,因為真蒸可以保留到佢果個海鮮味,火鍋會因為個湯底影響咗。另外女朋友特別推介紅糟醬,完完全全將海蝦的鮮味提升到另一個地步!最後仲會有個#八寶飯,可以自選8款配料(其實每次食到最尾呢個八寶飯都一定食一兩啖就外賣拎走,不過都真係好好味)

今日妹妹生日,所以去左鍋心八鮮蒸鍋同屋企人食生日飯。其實之前已經食過一次佢地太子個間分店,覺得啲材料好新鮮好好食。

佢啲材料真係好新鮮,所以就係蒸起上黎真係好原汁原味,超好食!比起海鮮火鍋,我比較中意蒸,因為真蒸可以保留到佢果個海鮮味,火鍋會因為個湯底影響咗。另外女朋友特別推介紅糟醬,完完全全將海蝦的鮮味提升到另一個地步!

今日同家人即興去鍋心品嘗他們蒸海鮮鍋,他們服務周到,而且每位職員都很有禮貌。當食物蒸好後,他們又立即過來幫忙分配。而且食物又新鮮又正,值得推介👍😋他們最好味的海鮮有龍蝦、海蝦、蟹、聖子、八寶飯,糖水都好好味呀!

家住觀塘區,今日去左呢間新開嘅分店幫襯,之前都有食過太子分店,同集團嘅,都有食過深水埗、佐敦兩間,但呢間喺同太子一樣,同屬貴價版,但海鮮質素卻強差人意,沙白和蜆食到成口沙,之前食其他分店都未試過,樓面人手又唔夠,海鮮蒸到夠時間又冇人理,令部分海鮮蒸到嚡哂。至於海鮮質數,我覺得係我幫襯你哋集團多次以來,最差一次,價錢較平嘅鍋心粥底都好過呢間,實在令人失望。
