通常同friend 一齊喺timesquare附近想飲酒就會去耀華街，不過今日因為突然間想小酌一杯，又臨急臨忙約唔到朋友，所以就搵左依間喺the crown酒店頂樓感覺比較chill嘅酒吧，咁啱星期五仲有live Band演出，啱晒自己一個me time 一下。呢度個𨋢口比較隱蔽，入咗酒店大堂之後轉左會另一個入口仔，嗰度會有架𨋢俾住客上房間同埋rooftop bar，酒吧空間都幾寬敞，有個小型舞台俾live band 演出。坐出露台仲可以欣賞到香港夜景添！嘢飲方面我今次揀咗bespoke，調酒師根據我嘅喜好調製咗杯花香味道嘅特製雞尾酒，除咗個樣靚啱晒打卡之外，味道仲好有驚喜🍸佐酒小食嘅選擇都幾多，除咗基本嘅nuts 同薯條, 仲有好多酒店級美食可以揀，我今次揀咗西西里肉丸焗薯皮，menu上仲有白松露一口牛、煎金蠔配魚子醬味道，下次同朋友嚟一定要嗌多幾款試吓！味道唔錯之餘，份量都算幾大份，基本上我食完份焗薯都唔使再食飯🙈嗰晚嘅現場樂隊主要係唱廣東歌，本身坐喺露台嘅我即刻調返入去bar枱, 更近距離咁欣賞音樂表演，飲住酒聽住靚聲唱歌真係好正，成晚連電話都冇乜點撳，享受住美酒、美食和音樂，成個氛圍令我非常之輕鬆自在，無論係自己一個，同朋友或者另一半想chill下傾偈，呢間隱世酒吧絕對係一個好好嘅選擇！ continue reading

聽過好多朋友介紹哩間The Crown, 今日終於黎到一試！間Bar嘅環境認真一流，裝修非常豪華，係歌劇院嘅感覺！入面嘅燈光啱哂打卡，連個吧都好好影。佢仲有個stage area, 聽講週末會有live band表演，氣氛超正，下次要揀星期五晚黎先！野飲方面，唔同cocktail, 紅白酒烈酒都有，價錢偏高但有個咁靚嘅景，都算抵飲。小食都有唔少選擇，今次我就叫左個cheese platter, 有四種芝士，濃淡都有，仲有唔同嘅餅乾同蜜糖配搭，個人好欣賞個蜜糖，好夾到嗰四款芝士👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻份量都好多，三四個人分都好夠😁 Cocktail可以叫bartender發辦，夠哂特別同個人化，今晚嗰杯都好啱我飲👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

好耐無試過一個人去飲嘢，約左朋友喺灣仔附近食飯搵個地方靜靜地等。可能因為時間尚早，一去到只有一兩檯客幾乎包場。裝修好典雅高貴，右手邊仲有個舞台請左live artist唱歌，當晚係兩個年輕男仔主要唱返廣東話流行曲，整體都唱得唔錯，不過呢個裝修如果加個Jazz 或者R&B嘅表演應該會好正🥰我叫左杯Jade 由Vodka,Apple, Elderflower為主調酸酸甜甜咁，連個杯都好有典雅嘅宮廷味道👍🏻如果好似我咁等人想叫少少野食又唔想太飽menu都有十幾款小食可以選擇，我就叫左個炸軟殼蟹，香口惹味。一邊飲野一邊聽住live band坐下坐下就坐到9點幾，臨走前見到開始越嚟越多人入座，睇嚟下次嚟要訂定位先😫食煙嘅朋友可以訂室外座位，居高臨下睇到維港嘅景色之餘又可以享受呢度咁高質嘅酒品同小食，值得推薦👍🏻 continue reading

係25樓嘅The Crown 睇夜景真係好chill🫶🏻一去到已經被專用Lift前嘅鏡面樓梯吸引，上到去有華麗stage好扮野，仲有低調奢華 嘅KTV包箱，真係打卡打到無晒電❕菜單有多款小食提供，我地叫咗瑞士肉丸焗薯同蜜糖蒜蓉雞翼， 肉丸酥脆，搭配烤薯塊，口感彈牙juicy。雞翼金黃酥脆，蒜蓉蜜糖香甜濃郁，再飲啖Sparkling Wine平衡返個味覺寫係爽，就好似愛情一樣要保持甜蜜關係，彼此獨立不過度依舊同時互相陪伴，才是最好的平衡。 continue reading
