喺中環呢度除咗可以 Chill chill 地飲返杯，無諗到連啲嘢食都咁有水準🫰佢哋嘅burger 好多人都話全港最佳😆 全港可能少少誇張，但全港酒吧入面最佳應該當之無愧！用尾崎牛做嘅和牛漢堡勁 juicy🍔🍔🍔 Medium rare 嘅熟度啱啱好，一啖咬落去肉汁四濺，果然用人手打嘅係特別出色！加埋半溶芝士同鬆軟嘅芝麻包，簡單就是好味！Nugent’s Nuggets 用上 free range chicken 製作 🐔💨💨💨 新鮮即炸，雞肉做到外脆內滑嘅效果，熱辣辣點埋個辣醬 ~ yummy當然，除咗食物之外作為 ASIA’S 50 BEST BARS  ，佢哋嘅 cocktail 自然係好出色English Milk Punch 喺茴香同柑橘香料底中好新奇地帶點牛奶味，色澤透明甜美易飲，應該係無飲開酒都接受到嘅口味~Irish Coffee 用上 Elepant Grounds 嘅cold brew 做 base，最好飲嘅係頂頂嗰個絲滑細緻嘅泡沫，入口順滑到好似飲緊奶蓋咁☕飲落咖啡味香，一啲唔似飲緊酒，令人混淆日與夜~😂Blinker Highball 用紅桑子 infused

上次工作的時候在這邊吃了個很不錯的🍔☺️這次終於可以來喝🍸😬不過這次也不是我負責點酒🤣所以我也不太清楚那些酒的名字🙈但是都蠻好喝的～點的都很清爽～印象最深刻的就是那三杯小酒🍸酒精超濃而且有一個是帶點鹹鹹的味道很特別🥰而且裡面的東西都是可以吃的🥰有🍐也有喬頭🤣

the diplomat burger it actually looked quite ordinary, not much difference from the normal burgers. however, my perception was changed when I gave my first bite. The beef patty was juicy and it matched perfectly with the melted cheese, as the patty had a well balance of meat and fat. it’s simple but flavourful.

I swear it is the best burger i have ever tried! The burger itself was perfectly cooked to medium-rare, with a juicy and tender patty that was full of flavor. It was topped with melted cheese, as simple as that but super freaking GOOD. The brioche bun was lightly toasted and held everything together perfectly, without overpowering the flavors of the burger.

摆花街这一带真是聚集了我最喜欢的几个bar这家diplomat每次来都人满为患终于在一个临时起意想要小酌的工作日成功打卡🍸图1、2从左到右依次是：ENGLISH MILK PUNCH / ALCONQUINBLINKER HIGHBALL / FOGGY BOTTOM除了English milk punch有点过甜以外 其他的我们都很喜欢🥃像foggy会有点strong 点单的时候staff会提醒，问你o不ok，还蛮贴心的。🪅店里的音乐很好玩也很好听，当天邻桌有人过生日，所有人都在拍手唱歌，bartender也会和客人开玩笑聊天，氛围超好！除了酒以外还有很多客人也会点食物，我们点了nuggets，配的sauce辣辣的很好吃😋

Love this hidden small bar. Cool but warm friendly service. Love the owner/ bar tender serving you free cookies Their wagyu burger definitely is one of the one in town! Soft bun with juicy patty… and have a glass of whisky sour. What else you can ask for?

我哋坐喺細細間的酒吧中，喝著細細杯的雞尾酒，吃著細細個的burger….無錯，我在Diplomat 的第一個感覺就是一個”小”字。Ok, size is an issue; 咁得唔得先？哈哈，又幾得喎😁😁。☝️Tarling (left) and Fish House Punch (right)兩杯都是呢度嘅特色雞尾酒，兩杯都正！推介！☝️Chicken Liver Pate with Toast不錯的送酒小食，如果多士可以有少少溫度會更好。☝️招牌漢堡包個包乾身的，脆卜卜，上到枱仲熱熱地，塊漢堡好juicy，每咬一口都有肉汁唧出來！好吃！諗深一層，一個好嘅漢堡包其實要兼顧嘅嘢唔係好多，只有個包同埋嗰舊Patty，搞惦呢兩野就得，反而話佢好好食嘅同時，其實有啲唔明點解其他burger 店做唔到呢個水準。☝️Whiskey Sour - another signature cocktail不會太酸，味道調得剛剛好。總括來講，嘢飲細杯少少，所以唔夠喉要飲多啲，變相等於貴咗，呢度都有生啤的， $60細細杯，的的式式咁。嘢食不錯，以中環來講價錢OK。但係呢度聽講係美式酒吧喎，唔係話美國佬啲餐廳樣樣都大

在YouTube睇到某位歌手係佢嘅頻道介紹”The Diplomat”嘅食物，見佢食得好滋味於是就吸引我哋去呢度搵食。我哋去當日咁啱係正苦實施ABCD餐嘅第一日，餐廳嘅營業時間再改由下午5時開始。我哋大約6點半到達餐廳，已經坐滿晒人😱😱裡面嘅客人以飲酒為多。▫️The Diplomat Burger (HKD185) - 帶個Burger控嚟呢度食，佢對個漢堡包讚不絕口。首先佢話未見過麵包上有咁多芝麻😆塊漢堡雖則唔太厚肉不過超juicy。店員將個漢堡飽切開一半先送上枱，個包壓到有少少扁咗😂😂漢堡包未切開前圓碌碌好IG-able㗎!▫️Nugent’s Nuggets (HKD100)▫️Truffled Mac & Cheese (HKD90)店內全部食物都細細碟，用來送酒確實係幾啱嘅。以上兩款食物我覺得Nuggets 好味啲，雞件係新鮮炸起，配上辣醬令到雞件更加惹味😋呢度係以飲酒為主。環境非常嘈雜基本上好難傾計，想喺度傾計食飯嘅話就未必適合喇。酒精飲品類係主角，食物雖好味但只能淪為配角😂😂⭐️逢星期日休息.
