估唔到有驚喜,個扒係幾好食,所有嘢都幾正。不過個紅酒汁係敗筆,非常難食,成兜意粉唔要得。但佢其他嘢係好食,所以促成咗我二訪去食「牛3」,都係 $168,都係入去畀咗錢叫嘢食先,今次係「香草忌廉火箭魷魚柳」。

本身想拼「極級 Prime 20 安士蘇格蘭牛肋骨」但佢哋冇所以要返肉眼扒,我仲加 $38 要埋「牛脷」,今次都有湯同維他檸檬茶,意粉就跟香草汁。今次終於係成份都好食,魷魚、魚柳、牛扒、牛脷,啖啖肉又好食,勁滿足。

我本身預佢可能有啲嘢唔得所以叫多碟牛脷,點知全部都好食,唯有用 $2 買個膠盒攞走,唔好浪費,夾埋 $208 好抵食。講環境佢真係好一般,感覺好似好罨耷咁,但誠然佢啲嘢食上菜時係乾淨企理,肉類性價比高,絕對有下次。。。

only complaint, 50% cook, turn out 80%.
beef quality good, thats why still good taste.

隻燒雞泥到真係以為上錯,一問先知係原來係跟套餐既小食... 而同場另一台都有叫套餐既客見待應無啦啦每人上左半隻雞都打左個突,即刻問係唔係上錯菜。隻雞係香滑嫩口既,唔係渣流灘。根據本人成日被迫幫襯Cafe既經驗,呢份野加兜薯條已經係一個$150 up 既main。

再講呢份主菜。肉眼3成熟,肉嫩多汁無筋,比好多扒房都好味。12盎咁既質素$168 (仲未計配菜同隨餐附送) 可能真係要去牛場買牛自己煮先得。另外特別想提一提隻蝦可以揀刺身或煮熟。我多口問左句點解可以剌身,職員答番隻蝦係法國水晶蝦 (天使蝦),係剌身級既蝦。可惜係上菜時隻蝦(同螺)無分上,撈左D牛扒汁,搞到成件事扣左少少分,假如餐廳另上海鮮又會係另一回事。不過瑕不掩瑜,生食夠彈牙,蝦頭啲膏好鮮,無礙成為一條好蝦。

環境方面,開係深水埗係咁架啦,你想坐靚啲咪去食Cafe囉。當然啦,小小意見,open kitchen 真係要個好小小既抽氣扇,唔係成間餐廳都幾迷幻下,希望老闆會執好少少個環境,等大家都食得開心啲。

服務方面,老闆主內,另加一個樓面做晒個場。可能因為乜都即煮,出餐要等下,不過等待期間老闆會送野你食,成件事平衡番。

總括而言,你要CP值,要食好西既,呢到有。但係仲想要乾淨企理,錦鯉可能就太貪心啦!

90年代應該很多人都知這間餐廳有很多分店,經過時代變遷,前幾日有朋友發現門面招牌仍是昔日模樣,一定要去「懷愐」一番。店舖簡潔,擺放井井有條,地方不太大,餐牌亦不多選擇,人流不太多。吸引之處餐牌價錢真的一分錢一分貨,別說百多元一個套餐,份量十足,但等候必須要耐性,可能半小時以上慢慢上菜,提提大家趕時間要考慮。可取之處是感受到老闆果份熱誠,就算連一杯熱檸檬茶都有講求溫度,更何況牛扒幾多成熟!但真係完全可以食清,牛扒不太厚,口感味道適中,香草汁好特別,待客態度亦很誠懇,埋單仲問下意見。大家來之前可以上網找找這間餐廳資料去了解一下老闆果份堅毅。

限時:$12肉醬意粉,隨時無,只優惠區內居民。《上次黎都無》

已在這餐廳吃過幾次,牛扒的質素算是有保證,其他的也不過不失,可是剛剛吃的羊架卻讓我大失所望。當一碟共兩支羊架連意粉送到枱前,賣相算是不錯,可是當吃到第二支羊架時,竟然發現三分之二是肥膏!即時拿給侍應看,她回覆竟是:「是啊!羊架是這樣的了,就是有肥有瘦的。」說完便繼續送餐去了,看她完全沒有更換、補救或道歉的意思,可惜這裡是要先付費的,我也就只好吃回本身正在吃的牛扒便算了。羊架肥得這個樣子,根本就不應該弄給客人吃吧?在這裡吃東西原先就不會要求有什麼服務質素,但連食物質素也變成這樣,我可真是沒有再次光顧的意欲了…

呢間農家意粉舖面非常簡陋,沒有華麗裝修,最普通簡單枱櫈招呼客人,餐牌都係手寫,但野食絕非求其。每次嚟呢間農家意粉都只係食牛扒,好抵食^^牛扒有6,9,12,16安士揀*落單紙上要寫上几成熟給老闆知*牛扒: 我地揀6,9安士都已經好有口感,重牛味,又香,無雪味,掂,拍得住出面餐廳但價錢係兩位數有找,係街坊先識來食😚汁: 我地多數揀佢自家紅酒 ,黑椒汁配牛扒意粉。不過得老闆自己一個煮,佢有份執箸,所以都需時等待,正所謂慢工出細貨👍🏻

行過路過 深水埗-南昌街 見到這間「農家意粉」, 有牛扒 , 有意粉 , 算是西餐廳吧 , 雖然門面就不太光鮮 (說得比較俗一點 , 就是有種地踎格局) .... 睇過 menu, 見到有牛脷 , 就入去食個午餐 ~牛脷意粉 $48 : 汁底我選擇了牛肝菌汁 , 個 sauce 調得都幾濃 ; 牛脷就有三塊半 , 牛脷的厚度一般 , 煎得頗香口的 , 肉質細軟 , 舌味醇厚 ; 蕃茄亦煎得香 ; 只是略嫌意粉煮得比較腍 ~大大碟又不錯吃 , 賣$48 , 性價比高 ~若然下次再行過 , 會試下牛扒 ....本篇完 ~

牛脷意粉 $48 : 汁底我選擇了牛肝菌汁 , 個 sauce 調得都幾濃 ; 牛脷就有三塊半 , 牛脷的厚度一般 , 煎得頗香口的 , 肉質細軟 , 舌味醇厚 ; 蕃茄亦煎得香 ; 只是略嫌意粉煮得比較腍 ~

大大碟又不錯吃 , 賣$48 , 性價比高 ~
若然下次再行過 , 會試下牛扒 ....

早幾日行去南昌街搵啲野,番地鐵站行行下經過有啲咁香既扒味既?轉頭發現呢間完全唔care 裝修既好細好窄既食肆。8安牛扒連野飲係78蚊。我相信我既嗅覺,所以尋晚拉左我男朋友黎試下。張餐牌係張A5打印紙,好搞笑,都好,污糟左可以即棄。我叫左客6安肉眼,男朋友8安牛肩牛扒中上質,識煎,但叫五成煮左七成。男朋友話香港係咁,唔會太生俾你。意粉太熟,可能岩香港人口味整體我覺得整得好過好多$1000(都講少左)以上埋單既所謂餐廳。I love this restaurant. I love this restaurant. Quality steak and at the lowest price possible so anyone can afford. I hope more people get to cherish the effort the owners and staff have put forth to create the food and this little diner.

近日餐廳改左名做農場餐廳,好似連menu都轉埋,以往有$28肉醬意粉(雖然都冇食過),但改名後好似冇左。但仍有我鍾意食的豬扒意粉配蒜蓉汁加牛脷,都只係$64咋。塊扒依舊大大塊,加$15就有三片牛脷。牛脷超腍,豬扒煎到脆邊,塊扒有少少脂肪,煎到勁香,怕肥嘅我都忍唔住要食埋呀。意粉唔會煮過腍,配蒜蓉汁一流😋。仲有少少菜,係椰菜同番茄,中和下肉嘅油份。朋友叫嘅係9安士西冷($88),仲有肉眼選擇,貴少少 ,9安士都係$98咋,呢個就留番下次試啦。嘩,9安士對於我黎講都幾大份喎,男士或者可選12安士。塊扒夠晒厚,order 左五成,店員真係煮出五成的效果,絕不馬虎。可配黑椒汁/香草汁/牛肝菌汁等等,選擇夠多,梗有一款啱你。呢間餐廳係呢區食扒的不二之選,價錢親民又好食。但如果你你為左食環境或者要同朋友吹水,可能就要另覓地方喇。
