嗰日同朋友喺觀塘玩完,咪搵地方食嘢囉,我朋友突然之間話想食生蠔。行吓行吓搵到一間食生蠔嘅,就入去坐低左啦我哋叫咗0號生蠔,奧瑪越細隻好越大,所以真係好真係好大隻架。擺好仲可以加錢換海膽,海膽雖然細細隻但係都非常新鮮,鍾意食海膽嘅人一定不能錯過。如果鍾意食牛扒嘅,可以叫牛扒都好大份架。雖然我哋冇叫到但係見人哋都食得好開心。嗰度仲可以配紅酒添。餐廳人數唔會太多因為都算係高檔嘅地方,價錢真係唔係太平,所以一入去就即刻有位,如果係啲慶祝嘅日子都可以去架。

原本唸住同朋友仔是但搵個地方食吓蠔飲吓酒聯誼吓,但去到竟然有驚喜,食品質素出奇地好,亦有好多元化嘅選擇!生蠔好新鮮仲要七點半前係叫一打送半打非常抵食,同埋亦可加錢以優惠價換購其他食品,我就加$58蚊叫咗板韓國海膽試試,味道比日本嘅海膽無咁鮮甜,但都唔差可以一試!另外我再揀咗塊牛扒$248(加咗$50加工費),煮得恰到好處配菜亦都好美味尤其係個焗蒜頭真係好回味,而且店內嘅酒都唔算好貴我揀咗支大約百幾蚊嘅白酒質素都唔差!最後就係講吓阿老闆娘,初時以為佢串串地但係後來傾多幾句發現佢都只係對食物有啲執着,而且每款食品都解釋得好清楚,即刻對佢嘅印象改觀,而且仲越傾越開心!

尋日有買一打送半打生蠔,同朋友3個人去食,認真無失望,好正。鵝肝有少少overcook,不過都算好味,如果有埋小小Salad會更加好。甜蝦就差小小,雖然大隻,不過,甜味唔夠,鮮味都麻麻。。。其他嘅,都好好味,生蠔仲會旭㗎 🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍啲海膽好鮮,其實我不嬲都唔食㗎,不過,呢間海膽一啲都唔腥,不過一定要馬糞嗰隻。最後,服務,好有家的感覺,樣樣嘢都自己攪掂,反而唔係太啱我。。。老闆娘唔知係未覺得我個樣Baby face, 誤意為我細佬女啦, 對我有小小呼呼喝喝的感覺。佢先生就好好多,不過,要講英文。希望下次去會服務同語氣會溫柔啲。(不過,我又唔算得上係大客,應該機會唔大😅)

佢d野食真係無得頂,有高級餐廳既水準但價錢又平過佢地多多聲!雖然服務一定無d高級餐廳咁好,但只要你唔係大時大節去,我諗老闆娘一定會熱情招呼你😁

搬咗公司去觀塘,見平時咁多廣告介紹食蠔終於去到一次!朋友介紹,唔多熟,交晒比佢哋發版先食$10平蠔 好抵,夠新鮮 不過較咸唔算好甜,但$10隻算係咁。之後再食$12隻,有手掌咁大,都係偏咸之後就聽老闆娘介紹,食左大約6-7 款蠔。都忘記影低咩名。只係知之後老闆娘介紹食嘅味道鮮甜好多,海水味淡少少,食落有少少層次,鮮甜好多。始終$10隻同$30-$40 隻係有分別。之後見隔離枱食蝦又想食,一人要咗一隻大蝦$48,雖則急涷但都唔錯,好好食!老闆娘仲走過嚟,見我哋咁浪費食淨啲蝦頭,教我哋食埋邊個位。果然蝦頭都好好食!順帶一提,之前見有人話熱食等成個幾兩個鐘,有啲驚,都無打算食。一去到老闆娘就問我哋要唔要食扒或者意粉,要就去冰櫃揀,因為解涷要時間,最好一去到就揀咗先,再一邊食蠔一邊等。不過我哋本來都預左轉場就無叫。 但見隔離枱一早訂咗枱,訂咗扒,羊架果啲 其實上菜唔算好慢,可能真係解涷要時間,之前先有人等咁耐。。。但全晚老闆娘都不時過嚟問下食成點,鍾唔鍾意等,似乎唔係大家講咁差。。。可以繼續去 最後食咗差不多十多隻蠔加白酒每人三百幾。雖則唔係特別平,但咁嘅價錢唔可能喺餐廳食到。滿足一下生蠔愛好

I dined at Fat Oyster around two months ago, and I caught a small fever for a week, I didn't realize what was going on with me until I went to see a doctor. The doctor admitted me to the hospital after a day of medications as from the blood sample he saw that I had internal inflammation. Long story short, after a whole week in the hospital I was diagnosed with hepatitis E, a very rare case in Hong Kong and only labs in the states could identify the virus. 星期六同屋企人黎駱駝漆大廈行街,行過見到呢間有得坐,d蠔又幾抵,其實本身我都中意食蠔,不過無乜研究,通常最平果隻只要夠新鮮我已經覺得好食,今次一行3人就叫左12隻$10蚊既fine de claire。入去已經見到有2,3枱,有3個侍應,6點9入去個陣已經無招呼,咁我又係工廈都無咩期待,自助都無所謂啦,坐底左成5分鐘,都無人招呼,咁我米行去搵個女老細啦,佢一句:你坐底要啦,我收完錢黎落單。態度唔係好好,不過我都算啦,又等多5分鐘,個女人就揮手叫我去蠔吧果邊,點果陣又用好唔想做嘅態度去叫我點多$80野囉咁咪送個海膽囉或者赤貝囉,不過見佢好似對個個客都係咁,所以就不以為然。等完之後就坐低啦,跟住等咗足足45分鐘,先至來啲生蠔,隔離枱嗰啲遲過我哋入嚟,都已經上晒嘢食食完走咁滯,我嘅理解就係因為我哋嗌得平,唔似人哋嗌咁多野,所以將我哋將單放到最後先做。等咗咁耐,以為乜嘢放落口都好好食啦,啲蠔使得唔係好乾淨,幾乎每一隻都會見到大片嘅蠔殼,食起上嚟好麻煩,啲蠔得個咸字,冇乜海水味,又唔係幾甜,係米隻蠔本身唔係好靚既品種我唔知(但我去其他地方食$9嗰啲都冇乜咁嘅感覺),而且唔知係咪放得耐唔係好夠凍,

等咗咁耐,以為乜嘢放落口都好好食啦,啲蠔使得唔係好乾淨,幾乎每一隻都會見到大片嘅蠔殼,食起上嚟好麻煩,啲蠔得個咸字,冇乜海水味,又唔係幾甜,係米隻蠔本身唔係好靚既品種我唔知(但我去其他地方食$9嗰啲都冇乜咁嘅感覺),而且唔知係咪放得耐唔係好夠凍,本來都冇乜野食完諗住快啲走,但係佢俾個兩片檸檬原來有一件係壞咗嘅,最尾嗰隻用咗壞咗嘅檸檬,吱落去有陣怪怪地嘅檸檬溢味。

入咗間鋪頭成個鐘頭,只係得5分鐘係用嚟食嘢嘅,又唔係啲好出名好有gimmick嘅鋪頭,咁樣等真係唔係好抵,不過都叫做有位坐啦。

最近既季節, 食法國蠔就實無錯啦!所以fat oyster 都係以法國蠔為主打. 先黎2 隻法國果香味既生蠔, 口感十足, 比較爽脆. 而法國芬大奇蠔No.2 就爽滑, 海水味濃. 豬仔對蠔絕對喜愛無比, fat oyster 既生蠔中規中矩. 唯老闆娘熱情無比, 介紹得很好.

滿心期待,聽朋友講話呢間食蠔平,所以咪來試下囉。點知係中伏😨😫仲要一早來到,點知遲我好多來的人竟然上先!開幾隻開左半個鐘。D蠔又不是太鮮。得勁咸的海水味😭完全食唔creamy.一啖咬落去係watery not creamy as the shop owner described 仲要無掃乾淨d蠔殼,食落去有蠔殼碎片!要好小心咁整走佢。都係去翻些正常鋪頭😭😭😭😭完全中伏

Six persons go in, four have diarrhea after  同埋訂位時超不愉快,食過咁多間平與貴既餐廳,訂位最受氣今次,訂位人串串貢都算,仲要我地pre-paid所有熟食,原因是要預備等等等。。類似既解釋,最神奇係,即日要加多位,要加多個牛,竟然又立即加到,但牛既質素。。算吧。一定唔會有下次,反正食蠔既地方大把,佢既蠔係未最正?我唔係好見得,隻隻都喊到癲,都唔知佢開完蠔有無過水,仲有好多細節,我都唔想提啦。呢度既唯一好處,就係價錢平。但一定唔會再幫襯。

Overall comments: 有好好味嘢食, 靚靚嘅老闆娘得閒過黎吹下水, 型仔嘅大廚老闆見佢煮嘢食非常用心, 雖然有時佢地因為多人會好忙, 但我去親都唔趕時間, 飲杯酒 hea住食我反而勁鐘意...呢度將會成為我成日去嘅餐廳名單之一了...
