I gave been here twice and the food and wine here are so good it’s unbelievable how they price this so low! The proveleta cheese was above average with the spice they add. The tuna ceviche had the perfect blend of taste. Just enough sour to open up your palette. Then the steaks arrived and omg. Best fillet I have had this year. Juicy and tender even though it isn’t as marbled as other cuts. Perfectly cooked high quality meat. Unbelievable I paid so little when at other high end restaurants it’s easily 50% more expensive. Wine was decent. Surprisingly this place was quite empty on a Tuesday night. Only two tables all night. This place deserves more customers and more people need to come and enjoy this amazing restaurant! Very highly recommends for a great steak. Wines here are reasonably priced as well… highly highly recommended.

想食牛扒,在附近,就來了這餐廳。個餐包熱辣辣外脆內軟。點了兩個餡餅,芝士煙肉和雞肉,我會比較推薦雞肉,其實芝士煙肉也不錯,不過雞肉加埋蕃茄醬料就不是周圍都有。牛扒叫了肉眼和側覆膜橫肌,側覆膜橫肌比較靭,切得啲辛苦,味道不錯;肉眼好食,好厚,所以對我說偏生的,medium 是medium rare; medium well 是medium 。牛扒旁個醬汁,提升左,令成件事變得阿根廷。

臨時臨急,約咗朋友在上環食飯,諗住坐得舒服啲,又要有位的餐廳,就諗住上樓餐廳。朋友鍾意食牛,就選擇這間啦。看此店食評篇數不多,是由於2023年尾才搬到此地址,食評是跟地址來定,所以在我寫此食評時,只有17個食評。話說,此間阿根廷扒房,之前在上環世瑛大廈,OpenRice 顯示,第一篇食評,於2018年12月,保守估計,這間阿根廷扒房,已經經營至少了六年。今次既然有緣到來,兩個主菜,分別是阿根廷牛扒,及三文魚,前菜係吞拿魚,配菜係沙律及炒菇。整體食物處理得相當好,牛扒order medium rare,出品又的確是medium rare! 牛扒表面剛熟包封了整塊牛扒,但沒有血水, 而且整塊牛扒熟透程度均勻,應該是廚師用心處理的結果,最可惜的事沒有影相。而三文魚, order時要求well done ,預期內well Done的三文魚,應該比較乾身比較嚡,出乎意料之外,煮理手法溫度控制得相當好,熟透之餘完全沒有粗鞋感覺,反而有魚汁,實在難得。另外前菜的吞拿魚他他,配菜炒蘑菇沙律,都合符水準。由於價位不是10分便宜,不是打工仔每日食堂,餐廳不算多人,所以坐得很舒服,店員亦都有招待。如果上午餐食得輕鬆啲,食好啲,或者有嘢慶祝,可以選擇此家。

六點來食個早啲嘅晚餐,超級好食, 這個極品牛腹肉燒扒, 真係極致嘅享受, 還有機會和大廚傾了兩句,他說 好多其他扒係medium rare會最好食, 但呢個牛腹燒扒就 medium well/medium 會最好食。 大廚真係冇介紹錯,因為真係好好食 ,外面燒扒燒到好脆口,內裏肉質軟而多汁, 又好咬口,不黐牙, 配返支Malbec紅酒真係一流。下次 會再來!
