上星期六好友請我到位於深灣遊艇會所的中菜廳海天閣食晚飯,門口入有蘭花及茶具佈置,很有格調,由於訂了座,所以不用等位就能進入,我地order了北京填鴨二食,支竹羊腩煲,四季豆蝦膠,生炒糯米飯。北京填鴨隻填鴨在傳菜過來時已聞到陣陣香氣,皮燒得透紅,恰到好處,非常香脆,肉質爽口,冇肥膏,配上切幼及去皮的青瓜和京蔥片,加上專用醬汁,放在薄薄的麼麼上,很有傳統北京的口味。而二手我地揀左生菜包鴨鬆,鴨鬆炒得唔油膩,有紅蘿白,栗米,疏菜粒等配料,加上新鮮的生疏,口感清爽。支竹羊腩煲配料豐富有生菜,荀子,冬菇,馬蹄等,主角羊肉雖然有只七八舊左右,比較少,但肉質好軟林林,好入味,喜歡吃羊的朋友一定要試下。四季豆蝦膠爽口蝦膠釀入開邊的四季豆,再一齊炸,入口不油膩,有點似依疏菜天婦羅的感覺。餐廳優點是沒有加上味精,少油少鹽,但味道仍然能保持在水準之上,非常難得,可惜的是只能會員才可以去幫襯,好少機會會再食到。

北京填鴨
隻填鴨在傳菜過來時已聞到陣陣香氣,皮燒得透紅,恰到好處,非常香脆,肉質爽口,冇肥膏,配上切幼及去皮的青瓜和京蔥片,加上專用醬汁,放在薄薄的麼麼上,很有傳統北京的口味。而二手我地揀左生菜包鴨鬆
,鴨鬆炒得唔油膩,有紅蘿白,栗米,疏菜粒等配料,加上新鮮的生疏,口感清爽。


支竹羊腩煲
配料豐富有生菜,荀子,冬菇,馬蹄等,主角羊肉雖然有只七八舊左右,比較少,但肉質好軟林林,好入味,喜歡吃羊的朋友一定要試下。


四季豆蝦膠
爽口蝦膠釀入開邊的四季豆,再一齊炸,入口不油膩,有點似依疏菜天婦羅的感覺。

餐廳優點是沒有加上味精,少油少鹽,但味道仍然能保持在水準之上,非常難得,可惜的是只能會員才可以去幫襯,好少機會會再食到。

Since winter is coming, we decided to have some snack soup. It had very flavorful with a hint of the dried citrus skin and Chinese wine taste 👍🏻 not too saltyWe also had claypot rice, not too much burn rice on the bottom; wish there’s a bit more but overall this rice was ok too. One order, had 6 bowls of rice Other food were all up to standard. I heard their chef is from Summer Palace.Always a great place for family dinner. Service was great as well.

 鴻運乳豬全體(Barbecued Whole Suckling Pig):乳豬皮薄但唔夠脆,而且有少少韌;肉層厚得黎帶少少硬;味道偏咸;肥膏唔係好厚,所以都冇刻意用刀切出黎;整體黎講可以做得更好。
