Excellent food and wine ! Sets of Ham plus wine tasting in part one with introductions by Yuna and her team. Super informative and with really good vibe.Part 2 exhibits different cured ham in the well built cellar and part 3 is a full 8 - course dinner! A fantastic experience overall.

環境舒適,有專人介紹,共有三種體驗。第一先帶我們試試各西班牙食物,包括黑毛豬風乾腸、芝士、火腿、橄欖等等,配上有氣白酒,感覺新鮮有趣。第二,帶我們探索黑毛豬室內窖藏,認識及品嘗多款伊利比亞黑毛豬火腿,再配上西班牙汽泡酒,深入認識黑毛豬火腿的製造、部位及分類,仲試了A3,A4,A5 的ham。第三,舒舒服服坐低食tapas ,樣樣少少哋試下,尤其喜歡個medium rare 黑毛豬扒,好juicy 好好味😋。很好的體驗,值得一試,但記住要預約。

個人認為,採用橡果的豬隻味道會較為濃郁;栗子的則帶有甜味。在五款火腿中,本人 最愛「黑毛豬火腿32個月」,😍有別於60、48個月黑毛豬火腿的霸道和醇厚堅果香氣,它的味道比較溫和,肥瘦相間,令肉質甘香而唔硬。慢慢咀嚼,在淡淡的鹽味后是綿长的肉香在嘴裏揮之不去😋

最後甜品,是整個過程最失敗之作🥲法國和西班牙都有很多特色甜品🍨🍮🍰,不明白為什麼以這堆沙冰為成件事畫一個不完美的句號。😓

之前响西班牙join過iberico 黑毛豬火腿local tour ,估唔到响香港都有同樣experience !!好驚喜香港可以有hem tasting + 即場現切西班牙cold cut , 親嚐白毛豬去比較32/48/60個月嘅黑毛豬分別。專業嘅火腿處理員細心解釋西班牙火腿分別,食住火腿之餘又長知識。去到熱食環節都用高級食材泡製西班牙風味,好似立刻返咗西班牙一樣。西班牙紅蝦+黑毛豬骨熬湯,好impressive!如果你係喜歡西班牙黑毛豬火腿,唔會失望。我強烈推薦!
