之前食過The Mochiffon Cake嘅招牌麻糬戚風蛋糕🍰味道濃郁之餘亦有煙韌富糯米香嘅麻糬，口感幾好🥰印象深刻。原來除咗好似三文治造型嘅麻糬戚風蛋糕之外，仲有mini parfait蛋糕，細細個好啱1－2個人做生日蛋糕或者自私食，一次過可以食到多重口感😆Mini Parfait $58/1、$110/2💚開心果檸檬鬆軟抹茶戚風蛋糕、濃厚開心果忌廉、開心果碎、清新檸檬忌廉、堅果酥脆粒、香脆曲奇、檸檬皮一層層配料層次豐富，抹茶蛋糕頗鬆軟，堅果酥脆粒同曲奇則好鬆脆，口感多元😚食落帶幾香開心果味，但唔係超級濃郁個種，配合檸檬忌廉，兩者味道平衡，檸檬香氣反而能減低開心果忌廉嘅膩感😋😋🍵玄米茶豆乳抹茶戚風蛋糕、招牌煙韌麻糬、濃郁玄米茶忌廉、香濃豆乳忌廉、堅果酥脆粒、香脆曲奇另一款就係茶控必試款式😍玄米茶味好突出好香😋不過豆乳味就稍為比玄米茶味蓋過。蛋糕同樣配上堅果酥脆粒同曲奇，鬆鬆脆脆嘅口感好正。另外仲有麻糬粒，增添煙韌口感👍🏻👍🏻推介指數（10分為滿分）：8.5分 continue reading
