重慶大廈旁邊，地下商場都有些食肆，就有一間呢個意粉。 可以選唔同口味唔同意粉種類配搭。味道都唔錯，而且份量都唔少佢個蒜蓉包超多蒜蓉醬，好惹味， 脆卜卜。 不過食完隔咗一陣會勁口乾。最鍾意嘅就係呢個嘅蘑菇cream配長通粉。 幾香滑，長通粉個質感又唔會淋，幾有口感。另外仲試咗個肉丸， 感覺有個餸食冇咁寡。 都OK嘅配茄汁醬。另外仲試咗個蕃茄雜菜，就好似一個濃縮版嘅羅宋湯配螺絲粉。 ok la 無肉清清地。 同埋螺絲粉個口感都係煙煙韌韌唔會腍晒。

返工諗食咩，最近慶方開設好多新小型餐廳，本身中意食西餐，於是就去The Pasta Shack度買黎試試，千選萬選，簡左個意式肉丸螺絲粉，感覺不易中伏……果然如我所料，咪道不錯，肉丸口感適中，份量又不會太小，我係叫外賣回公司食的，店鋪會附上芝士粉很貼心、我亦另外加了個小食，薯條(因為實在太中意食薯條)薯條會有兩款汁可選，BBQ或者茄汁，整體都滿意開胃是上班族有時候返工，絕對是悶悶地可食下西式快餐的不二之選

今天來到重慶大廈地庫 heath 美食廣場搵嘢食，經過這間 pasta shack 意粉店被熱情的外國店員搭訕，她向我介紹是日推介意粉 - 紅酒燉牛肉(boeuf bourguignon)，聞到廚房傳出的陣陣香氣，我決定接納她的推介，共有四款意粉可以自選，這次我選了螺絲粉 (fusilli)，因為最適合掛汁 因為意粉是即叫即煮，等候時間大約10分鐘，上菜時意粉是熱辣辣的，紅酒燉牛肉醬汁濃稠，香氣撲鼻，牛肉略嫌有少少粗糙，不過份量是很慷慨的，還有紅蘿蔔、西芹等蔬菜，感覺好平衡。其實這個意粉質素頗高，不過由於餐廳位於美食廣場， $100的定價有少少貴，如果是平日星期一至五過來吃午餐會抵啲，$90 lunch set 除了意粉，還可以選擇餐湯/蒜蓉包/飲品

Very nice homey-feel store. I ordered delivery via online delivery platform and the food arrived in a timely manner. Huge portion for the price paid, very good for the value. I ordered the meatballs with fussili for my mains. Meatballs tasted really good, very fresh and meaty! Very nice! Super satisfied. My complaint is that the garlic bread was a bit burnt and cold when it arrived but that's probably because I ordered it as a takeout. I have never had French Onion soup before, so it was very nice. Not too overpowering or peppery, hope to try their Pumpkin soup next time.
