今日不吃旦糕,試吓scone set.這scone set 有兩件scone, 有原味和提子味.鬆餅好得香脆鬆化,又有蛋奶香,加上滑滑的clotted cream和香甜嘅果醬,很滋味,完全沒有膩口嘅感覺. 感覺比吃旦糕充實。Flat white 口感香滑,有陣陣豆奶香,完全沒有酸或苦的味道,咖啡味道平和,沒有獨特的風味,是容易入口的那一種。

Peninsula Boutique已經開業2年多,終於趁好姊妹回港時相約一試還幸好遇上🎄聖誕主題呢又碰巧是好姊妹的生日🎂預訂時remark了寫happy birthday,效果美美der🫶🏻Crab Toast上面有滿滿的蟹肉,配上紅加侖子增添色彩之餘更開胃三文治跟香菌批味道不錯最期待的就是scone了,半島果然不會失望朱古力mousse及開心果mousse的賣相充滿聖誕氣氛但味道的話還是鹹點比較出色兩顆macaron以半島小熊架🐻托著,造型可愛最後牛奶雪糕的presentation很好,以陶瓷小盒盛載,上面更有點點金箔作裝飾✨但質地比較像雪葩,略嫌不夠牛奶味

最驚喜的是食物質素很高,沒有不好吃的!😋
重點是甜點都不會太甜😌👍🏻

但最可惜的是用餐時間只有90分鐘🥹 吃+拍照+聊天的話時間會有點趕呢!🥲


值得一讚的是職員服務態度超級好,他們就算忙,幫忙拍照時也很耐心,而且很有禮貌呢!☺️
