朋友約了在大角咀奥海城食晚飯,地點就在其工作附近,欣然赴會。三人不知道食甚麼好,見這間意大利餐廳門面格局不錯,便入內。三人點了沙律,海鲜Pizza及意大利飯。整體餐廳格局不錯,食物份量不多,但夠食,味道不算特別出色,但也不是不失,價錢略貴,服務員友善有禮,態度良好。

Pizza一直係佢地嘅主打,即叫即做需時耐少少,但美味係值得等待的,餅底用意大利麵粉製作,麵糰綿密中帶點煙韌,幾乾爽,唔會油膩膩咁。Pizza口味order咗夏威夷烤雞,有大量芝士🧀、三色椒、洋蔥🧅、菠蘿🍍及雞塊,調味偏向港式風味,係小時候食開的味道。

今晚隨意走進了一家西餐廳,輕柔的燈光和舒緩的背景音樂,隨便找一張檯坐下都很舒適寬敞。我們二人點了四道菜餚,每一道的份量也都不少。 首先,上桌的是巴馬臣黑松露薯條,散發出剛剛炸起的薯條香氣,金黃酥脆的薯條上灑滿了巴馬臣芝士碎,配上黑松露蛋黃醬,每一口都帶來了恰到好處的味道,並沒有一般攻鼻的黑松露味, 反而和蛋黃醬配合得剛剛好, 會令人吃不停口。接著是黃金雞翼。這道菜以鹹蛋黃脆炸雞翼,這裡雞翼尺寸比平時餐廳吃到的都較為大隻。雞翼的外層酥脆,全隻雞翼都被鹹蛋黃醬包裹著,內部多汁嫩滑為亮點,餐廳提供一種墨西哥辣椒和蛋黃醬結合的醬料,帶來了一種獨特的辛辣美味,而且還能解去一點油膩感。第三道是風乾豬面頰肉披薩,材料有迷迭香, 嗒雷吉歐芝士和豬面頰肉,首先迷迭香的香氣與芝士的濃郁相當融合,配上薄片的豬面頰肉,它獨特的鹹香味,不但沒有油膩感外,三種食材加在一起的味道令人難以抗拒,還有就是煙韌的批底,食完一件又一件。這個披薩肯定是今晚的冠軍, 不消十分鐘已經將它完全消滅掉。最後我們品嚐了香煎北海道帶子意大利飯。這道菜以香煎過的北海道帶子為主角,加入了醬油漬牛蒡和醃蘿蔔,為菜餚增添了豐富的層次和口感。廚師
