其實開咗一段時間, 咖啡種類甚少可以講話冇得選擇, 後期有小吃, 種類亦少, 只方便樓上返工嘅人經過飲杯咖啡, 一杯咖啡加一個小食過一百蚊, 最討厭係佢喺大堂放了幾張枱, 這些私人公眾地方, 疫情之下沒有戴口罩傾計, 係好可怕.

The Porter位處中環其中一棟甲級商廈，供白領人士上班前或午飯時到這裏買杯咖啡提神。咖啡店以服務檯形式營業，座位只有兩、三個，不過拿著咖啡杯走出大廈，旁邊就是法定古蹟都爹利街煤氣街燈。在這種優雅的環境下嘆咖啡也是不錯的體驗，當然我點的咖啡水平也很高。咖啡豆的配搭來自哥倫比亞、埃塞俄比亞和薩爾瓦多，有核桃和黑朱古力等的風味。Latte $35

中環「煤氣燈街」間特色「星巴克」結業，位處隔郯商廈內嘅「The Porter」變成晌呢條街啲唯一咖啡店，相信其生意會上漲不少。而同事對飲咖啡都甚有研究，亦喺其長期客戶，不時落去幫襯，剛啱早前有個買一送一嘅活動，就醒咗杯咖啡俾小弟。 價目表影出嚟俾大家當個參考，定價都喺附近啲咖啡店差唔多，亦有啲輕食套餐供選擇。 同事就建議我試試呢一款「Cumulus」（$38），意謂「積雲」，喺啲天文現象，喺即喺點呢？其實喺將意大利濃縮咖啡（Espresso）加冰，再用打奶棒打出一層泡而成，所以，面面有一層好似奶泡嘅嘢，應該喺咖啡嘅油脂做成，好綿密，好輕柔，而下層跟你飲美式咖啡（Americano）無咩分別，之不過，佢哋啲咖啡確喺幾香，帶點點酸味，口感卻幾清爽。 多謝同事嘅「私人醒」，又識多樣嘢。雖然，小弟都喺偏好飲加入奶泡嘅意式咖啡，不過，偶爾飲吓「齋啡」都喺一種幾唔錯嘅體驗。

Located inside Ruttonjee Centre in Central, The Porter is an 8-to-5 coffee stand that coffee lovers who work in Central should pay a visit.My friend and I do not work in Central, so this Christmas tree just came in handy to allow us to enjoy our coffees without being too awkward standing in the podium of the commercial building.The hot cup of Flat White I ordered was so lit! With a nice and strong nutty coffee flavour and a perfect amount of milk.There are also pastry items for sale. Would definitely love to try them if I wasn’t so full from lunch…
