上星期5晚朋友生日,去咗Murray Hotel內的Tai Pan吃西餐,在KKDay買咗個2人三道菜晚餐($799/位連加一);一去到只看到小貓三枱客,有點擔心,但環境非常好,服務也不俗,坐低立即給我們一個大麵包🥯,美味同賣相都好,之後頭盤是crab cake 和scallop gratin,味道好鮮,份量也不少,隨後是酥皮洋蔥湯和龍暇湯,味道略濃,但也可以、西湯是這樣的,主菜要咗龍利魚和羊(有露笋和薯溶伴),好吃,整體非常好,由於我們都已好飽,所以冇吃甜品,但侍應非常煱心,竟給我們小蛋糕並唱生日歌作小點綴,值得加許👍🏻途經香港公園看到中秋兔,增添節日氣氛,感覺良好😉

Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and presented. The ribeye, in particular, was exceptional. It was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Highly recommended!

The lamb chop and eggplant millefeuille were also delicious. Yet, the Dover sole was a bit disappointing as it was overcooked, resulting in a loss of its delicate texture and subtle flavors.

For dessert, the well presented apple tart was a delightful conclusion to the meal.
