To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次晚餐同朋友食過幾好食,今日就帶屋企人嚟食。叫咗個宮島牡蠣定食,勁難食😩餐牌寫韓風味,啲汁少少辣但係完全食唔出係韓風🤔明明係熟食但係啲蠔生生哋😓另外仲叫咗牛舌尖串燒定食同天婦羅天丼,質素好普通。上菜時間並唔係特別快,但係所有食物都唔係熱,只係暖🥲成餐飯最好味嘅係前菜同刺身。今次餐飯體驗真係好差,落單個職員聽錯咗,叫咗滑蛋芝士豚肉定食冇嚟到,但係嚟多咗個宮島牡蠣定食。我哋同店員講我哋叫嘅係滑蛋芝士豚肉定食時,兩個職員同時指住隻碟話呢個就係😳蠔同豚肉都好明顯唔會分唔到啦🙄店員唔會主動check單,只係不斷強調落單時有同我哋對🙄爭取咗一陣先肯同我哋換返。等咗一陣個餐都未到,店員問廚房開始整未,廚房職員竟然走出嚟好大聲話張單啱啱先落咋喎,唔知係咪俾說話我哋聽🙄由於已經影響哂我哋嘅心情,我屋企人已經完全唔想再食佢哋啲嘢,最後寧願唔食,取消咗個餐😩到我哋埋單𠴱時店員先發現未上餐飲🤯成餐飯食咗成個幾鐘,店員都唔會主動問我哋落餐飲😳呢個價錢唔應該得咁差嘅質素(不論係食物定服務)一定唔會再嚟👋🏻

呢間係以往我經常嚟食嘅日本餐廳,無論係午餐或晚餐都屬於高水準嘅日本菜,特別係魚生,好新鮮,價錢稍高,但與品質成正比。上一次惠顧已經係2022年年頭,近期回港再惠顧,可惜食物質素下降咗好多,特別係魚生,份量不單止變細,最大問題係好明顯食唔出新鮮嘅味道,食材明顯較以前質素下降很多,大部份嘅魚生都食唔出應有嘅味道。就算係熱食嘅烏冬,湯唔夠熱,而烏冬亦都煮得太腍。以佢收嘅價錢嚟講,食物質素唔應該咁差,完全唔成正比。已經再唔係一間高質素嘅日本食肆,真可惜,可能會再幫襯佢啦⋯⋯

📍一遊 🔍灣仔皇后大道東183號合和中心3樓320-321號舖-----呢間係灣仔同尖沙咀都開咗有一段時間嘅日式餐廳,成為咗我最近嘅新寵😛,有種相逢恨晚嘅感覺。價錢合理,環境舒服,而且最緊要係食物質素都真係幾唔錯。🐟刺身拼盤:吞拿魚魚脂豐腴、牡丹蝦口感好黏,味道鮮甜,帶子貝柱肥厚,而油甘魚則肥嫩無筋。全部刺身質素都高質,叫咗杯佢哋自家製嘅清酒“神龍純米吟釀“搭配一下刺身,清酒🍶嘅質素亦係不錯,順滑不嗆喉,清甜清甜的。另外牡丹蝦蝦頭,仲可以免費炸完比客人食,炸完之後脆卜卜,好香口,好似食鮮蝦蝦片嘅感覺,亦都好補鈣,令到成隻蝦由頭到尾都可以食晒,冇浪費到任何一個部位。🥗溫泉玉子雜菌沙律:溫泉蛋唔會太熟亦唔會太生,蛋黃剛好成型,係個人心目中最理想嘅溫泉蛋狀態,雜菌份量頗多,簡單以醬油調味,加上清爽沙律菜及香甜多汁嘅車厘茄,係好純粹食食材本身嘅味道,基本上食材用得好,都一定好食。🥚厚玉子燒:簡簡單單的玉子燒,看似平凡容易整,但要整得好食,火候控制一定要控制得好。呢度嘅玉子燒外實內軟,唔容易夾散之餘,中間保留柔軟口感,加上少許蘿蔔泥,味道更添清香。
