To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以為會辣辣地,但又唔會喎,牛肉係薄切,目測份量都多,要配個白飯就perfect!

煮得好香,蜆肉大大粒,無伏!呢個一定要叫!要飲埋個湯,好鮮甜!


9)三文魚籽海鮮炒飯
用珍珠米炒飯真係無得輸!仲要每匙羹都「不」到海鮮配料,有蝦、魷魚、三文魚籽。好可惜,我地4個人都食唔曬,份量夠6個人食,性價比好高!

新鮮炸起,炸到淺金色,好豐盛既海鮮天婦羅!有海膽、蝦、魷魚、多春魚、蟹柳、大塊魚、南瓜、秋葵、茄子(每款有1-2舊),好適合一大班人食飯時order

海鹽荔枝梳打 - 唔好酒精既揀呢杯好好飲,鹹甜鹹甜咁,有啲椰果肉咬下,味道口感豐富!


杏子鮮橙燒酌梳打 - 燒酌係一種日本既蒸餾酒。呢杯好飲到似係橙味汽水咁,雖然有燒酌成分,但唔覺有酒味、朋友成杯乾了!


新鮮西柚燒酌梳打 - 一啲都唔苦哦~粉粉地色好啱女仔叫同打卡


餐廳服務勤快有禮,唔會話搵唔到人serve,嘢食都黎得幾快,唔會催還檯,可以同朋友食完喺度傾多陣計都得,讚!

今日中午時間比朋友打電話來問dinner有冇人約,剛好冇wor,佢就提議不如去灣仔食日式居酒屋。一講餐廳名我想起尖沙咀分店,都幾好食,就答應去灣仔meet up。呢到感覺就好像舊式日本居酒屋,好多木嘅元素,店員制服都好有日式feel。呢到店員態度都好好,而且地方比尖沙咀更加大,客人年紀都比尖沙咀大,感覺冇咁嘈,更適合同朋友來聚會傾計。食物就一樣都好好食。一坐低朋友已經推介話要叫神龍純米大吟釀,朋友話飲咗呢一隻好耐,仲更加介紹吓呢一隻大吟釀係係冬季釀造,經過長期低溫發酵,飲完之後我覺得有一陣好獨特嘅果香味,都真係冇介紹錯。嚟到日本餐廳梗係要嗌壽司同埋魚生啦,呢度個魚生拼盤有種唔同種類,全部都好新鮮,擺盤亦都相當靚,用嚟打卡一流,但係我自己其實本身係鍾意食壽司多啲,所以都叫咗一碟,食咗六款唔同嘅壽司,海膽都真係我嘅最愛!朋友見到我咁鍾意海膽,都推薦我叫埋佢哋個炸芝士海膽,又真係另外一番風味,熱辣辣海膽味道更加濃郁,配埋芝士,口感更加實在。串燒方面我指明要蕃茄仔加牛肉,原因好簡單,就係鍾意用上唔同嘅味道同口感,一啖咁食落去,覺得特別正,而且呢度個肉完全唔會韌 !最後見到餐牌嘅石頭鍋飯都幾吸引

最後見到餐牌嘅石頭鍋飯都幾吸引,於是揀咗泡菜牛肉,上枱之後特登冇即時mix,原因就係想食到飯焦,而最後都真係有呢個效果,加埋本身有啲醬汁,令到普通嘅飯都好飽滿!

後來飲晒支大吟釀之後都覺得未夠喉,於是叫多咗一杯梅酒,呢間嘅梅酒都幾好飲,我覺得一般般女仔都會覺得易入口。
