約了很久無見的朋友食lunch,原本諗住去太古廣場的北京樓,但實在太多人等位,見隔隣的天一無人等位,想價錢一定貴過北京樓,算啦!試一次咁多啦。我們只叫了幾個點心:义燒腸粉:不錯,粉皮很薄、很滑小籠包:雖然湯汁不多,但味道清甜、肉質很淋瑤柱鮑片粥:粥底很綿,有少許瑤柱,幾片細細的班片,雖然有薑絲,仍有少少腥味柚皮鳳爪:柚皮細塊到差啲搵唔到,味道一般义燒包:一般貨式整體來說,可能因為人客少,環境比較清淨,侍應經過會幫我起酙茶。食物的質素和價錢,太古廣場附近幾間酒店可有更多選擇。

义燒腸粉:不錯,粉皮很薄、很滑

小籠包:雖然湯汁不多,但味道清甜、肉質很淋

瑤柱鮑片粥:粥底很綿,有少許瑤柱,幾片細細的班片,雖然有薑絲,仍有少少腥味

柚皮鳳爪:柚皮細塊到差啲搵唔到,味道一般

义燒包:一般貨式

整體來說,可能因為人客少,環境比較清淨,侍應經過會幫我起酙茶。食物的質素和價錢,太古廣場附近幾間酒店可有更多選擇。

一心抱住食好西的心態去試菜,其實之前係比佢漂亮嘅接待處吸引的。一入到去內𥚃嘅裝修並不豪華,最美算是 bar枱及酒櫃的部分。餐具普通得很(其實本人覺得食具都非常重要,這𥚃點心的價錢絕不便宜)講講食物吧!蝦餃👍🏻爽口彈牙、金魚餃👎🏻樣不靚皮又厚、花彫小籠包(食落有酒味,但皮亦厚)泡菜春卷(出色)安格斯牛河(牛肉嫩滑)其他點心一般,無乜特別。總括嚟講,食物質素係有的,但賣相普通(色香味中只有味,其餘欠奉)價錢亦偏貴,或者希望越高,總覺有點失望

憶起童年時代飲茶總有幾款懷舊點心是我最喜愛。灌湯餃、雞粒菓、蝦餃、乾蒸牛肉、棉花雞往往是必吃!來到金鐘「天一酒家」他的蝦餃做得特別好、新鮮很彈牙、很好吃。乾蒸牛肉的主角永遠是喼汁、點大量喼汁正是我鍾情這款點心原因。這裡令人驚喜的是天一把傳統我最討厭的青豆去掉換上尊貴魚子醬鋪頂、令我愛不惜手。灌湯餃沒有了魚翅、用上素食材料。好香鮮菌湯餃我一滴都不能錯過。是日又叫了叉燒及炆伊麵。相當出色!材料往往是一道菜肝心。叉燒用新鮮梅頭肉燒出來、不用細嚼、一口已定輸贏。

燒賣- 豬肉蝦肉都好新鮮,有肉汁
蝦餃- 算係做得大粒,皮薄到見到入面,加咗荀絲薑絲,蝦新鮮唔洗講
腸粉- 幾款腸粉都有叫,叉燒腸最好味,可能入面有叉燒汁,d肉又大大粒,個皮都幾滑
蒸飯- 比想像中細份,飯餸比例平均,似雲耳蒸雞個隻味,遜色咗少少
生煎包- 入面熱到出煙,表面咬落真係脆,艽菜豬肉料,包皮厚咗少少

12個人,叫咗大約四十幾籠點心,埋單八折之後$24xx,質素 服務 環境 係值呢個價錢,最緊要食得開心

朋友說請飲茶,我就簡左呢間專做遊客生意既天一酒家.只有2間分店,一間在山頂,另一間就是金鐘.我選擇左金鐘分店,因為裝修好正~再加上係太古廣場,地鐵夠方便.話明專做遊客生意,價錢上會定得較高,點心由$45-75不等,是酒店級既價錢.$45既選擇只有2款,你好難會叫到.比較有趣既係上湯煎蝦餃皇,姐係要食佢又脆又軟又爽既口感,浸左上湯黎食,的確無咁單調既.星班蛋白金魚餃就是多餘的創作,跟本食唔到魚應有既味道.燒賣就最美味,好多肉汁,另眼相看,雖然講到底都只係一粒燒賣.嫩雞煨麵就係要食佢索哂上湯精華既麵條,又夠飽肚.味道雖然不差,但係其實去酒店食更佳,行多2步去萬豪,香格里拉或者港麗食會更有驚喜.呢度還是留比遊客

天一酒家在午飯時間大量空枱,對面的北京樓座無虛席,一見此情況,心知不妙。我們7人叫了燒味三拼,7款點心,上湯菜心,天一招牌炒飯及羊肚菌金菇炆伊麵。燒味點心味道一般。上湯菜心$276一碟,太貴。侍應說天一招牌炒飯只有4碗,不夠7人分享,並建議 ”加大”。等了45分鐘,加大天一招牌炒飯送到,每人分到一大碗炒飯後,還剩4大碗。因炒飯太大碗,席中有男士亦不能全部吃完。其實普通分量的炒飯已足夠,根本不用加大,侍應有誤導之嫌。天一招牌炒飯似茶餐廳的楊州炒飯,普通 。羊肚菌金菇炆伊麵上卓時,我們發現侍應沒有經我們同意加大分量。我們向侍應投訴,對方才同意取消”加大” 的收費。食得好唔開心!以後都唔會再去!

講番今日金鐘太古廣場天一酒家既lunch, 我同老細先到, 用對方個名拎左台, 點左茶, 茶位係每位20, 佢一共有三個menu: set lunch, 點心紙 & 炒野, 老細話似美心喎!! 坐左一陣, 有個阿姐黎收左隻有漬既底碟, 老細問佢點解要收起既, 佢話係裝飾用, 所以要收.. , 我地20分鐘唔洗已經食晒以上既菜色, 商務午餐上咁趕做乜, 唔俾人傾偈咩? 汗!! 叫佢上慢d, 佢就搵架車仔放晒系你背後, 唉!! 再黎係天一招牌炒飯, 即係鵝肝蟹肉蟹皇炒飯, 係食鵝肝囉, 無咩特別, dessert 係楊枝甘露仲有四色糕點, 包括芋頭糕. 椰汁紅頭糕, 類似綠豆蓉又似係蓮蓉既酥, 同理芒果cream卷.. haha 總結論係佢野食係幾好味既, 不過無咩特色, 係普通菜色, 可能係新開, 個裝飾點有漬, 營運管理都幾混亂下, d staffs未係好熟手, 唔係好知做咩, 未係好協調, 老細話最surprise係佢到最尾送既一set利是封囉, 個人認為packing靚, 里面就合格囉!! 同佢分店裝修一樣, only個門面靚, 入面合格而已!! 消磨左兩個鐘, 多謝$2,816!!
