今日試咗鐵板蔥油豬扒炒意粉,一上枱個鐵板仲煮熱緊,主導啲意粉沙沙聲,食嘅時候要小心啲呀唔好辣親!蔥油味都算濃郁,意粉係鐵板上煎嘅時候最好撈嘅路,令到蔥油味煮得更加香,而且啲意粉唔會癡晒喺鐵板上邊。

之前每次都係食三眼豬扒飯,今次轉轉口味試下巨人漢堡扒蛋包飯。巨人漢堡扒蛋包飯(黑椒汁)$53+凍飲$3蛋包飯會配埋沙律菜,普通蔬菜加沙律醬,因為不嬲唔好沙律菜,所以都係食左兩啖。蛋包飯方面蛋炒到幾滑唔會太熟,當然就無日本半生熟咁厲害,但係香港茶餐廳係合格以上,而飯用番茄膏炒,幾有誠意,但番茄味略厭淡左啲。漢堡扒肉質厚實,食落幾有口感,但就比較乾身。黑椒汁好夠黑椒味,但係偏辣,如果唔食辣嘅朋友未必食到。時代冰室係屋村lunch價錢屬於偏貴,但食物質素算係合理,不過有啲奇怪就係佢黑辣汁,蒜蓉汁係跟餐配,如果巨人漢堡扒蛋包飯(黑椒汁)想改配蒜蓉汁係唔得嘅,希望蕭生聽到我意見之後可以俾顧客轉汁啦。

4月1日,病毒肆虐,本來該天我唸住買外賣減少出街時間,但經過時代冰室見還有空位,於是決定入座,入座前有職員拿清潔劑清潔桌面及消毒地毯,座位也有分隔開,非常衞生,值得讚👍。食物質素及份量方面,我點的蛋包雞排飯非常大份,仲有芝蔴沙律跟,誠意十足,炒蛋亦非常滑,整體質素不俗。飲品則點了阿華田火山,朱古力味夠濃,有點太甜。

但係呢間既牛腩多過薯仔好多
