To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日午餐專登去食,好多人排隊,兩個人都要等10分鐘,佢入面掛住幾張90年代電影海報,幾有feel幾特別。我同朋友分別叫左吉列豬扒鐵板炒烏冬同肥牛鐵板炒烏冬,佢幾好的,送野飲,可以揀青蘋果綠茶或者荔枝紅茶,5x價錢份量都幾合理。吉列豬扒普通啦,炸粉唔算厚,但d肉就鞋左d,有d un,烏冬唔錯,有d雜菜喺裏面,鐵板上夠唒熱辣辣。肥牛好味,唔會太老,有肉香,但唔知點解肥牛果碟個醬汁甜好多,就烏冬黎講,吉列豬扒果個好食d。作為普通一個平日午餐,叫做唔錯
